I dined at the restaurant today. I used to order many times through Zomato or any other online platform. Just today found this big food scam going on for a while. When dined at the restaurant the prices of the food where Rs.10 to Rs.50 lesser for each dish compared to the online order. Example: If I dined at restaurant and order Mini tiffen with coffee is Rs.85.71 but if I order online it online (without coffee) in Zomato it is Rs. 138 which has the difference of Rs 52. If you see the below image attached you will see the difference for each and every dish. This really bad type of business because even if I order online same amount of GST is charged and over to that I paid delivery charges so many times. Just to think about this I might have lost more than 1000 bucks when I used to order online till now. Online platform or Restaurant owner never should cheat customers this way. It's totally devastating to see get cheated. PS: I don't recommend anyone to dine at this restaurant or make online order if you wish not to waste you hard earned money.

This is the 3rd time am experiencing here in Perembur sri srinivasa, twice also I got wrong items but dint complaint because I thought they will not repeat. But no third time i had to complain because my patient level is gone. I ordered paneer schezwan fried rice but i received plain veg schezwan fried rice.. Without notifying me of order change. Perembur sri Srinivasa hotel online ordering is difficult I do not have faith that you will get what I order. Very bad remarks 👎. I will thhink 100 times before ordering in your hotel. 🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I got paneer Pulao on 26th jan .it's very worst I wasted ₹199 /- and the gave sidish 2 pockets of raitha .it's very bad . they didn't sent kuruma . only the rice with onion I got. I can't order here again . very bad experience. only 2 spoon my kids taken .others I gave to cow only.

The manager was disrespectful. Doesn’t have basic decency to talk. Behaved as if he was paying for my food. Left the restaurant without having food.
