Pumpkin Tales was a really pleasant experience. One of the biggest positives was the parking facility — it made the visit completely stress-free, without having to circle around or worry about where to leave the car. The café has three floors, and we were seated on the first floor, which was spacious and comfortable. The ambience stood out — good lighting, airy layout, and a calm, welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back and actually enjoy a conversation without feeling cramped or rushed. The staff were polite and unobtrusive, which I really appreciated — no pressure to order more or vacate the table. The menu has a wide range, from beverages to pastas and other dishes. The first floor focuses more on Asian / North-East style options. We tried the pasta, which was delicious and well done — nothing to complain about. What I liked most is that Pumpkin Tales isn’t trying to be flashy or “world-class” in an artificial way. Instead, it delivers exactly what many of us look for — a cozy place to meet friends, have a good conversation, enjoy decent food, and relax without feeling crowded or hurried. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I’d return to for relaxed catch-ups.

It was really crowded but the ambience was really good, the food came after about 30 to 40 minutes after we ordered but the drinks came before that. the food was really good. The food came one after another. It was really tasty, everyone in our family loved it. I recommend the BLT Benedict. It was my daughter's birthday, so we ordered a cake and they gave a candle. Overall, It was an amazing experience.

The veg dumplings were not served hot so it actually did not taste good. Pizza, glass noodles and the bobba tea was nice.

Too noisy too loud ambience. Please work on it. Music is lost. And can’t have family convos.

Here's my review based on 5+ visits. Apart from a few standout dishes, the food is mostly average. Portion sizes are quite small for the price charged. Service is okay. The ambience is good. It's worth a visit to try something new, but not something to keep coming back to.

Visited Pumpkin tales last night after hearing years of rave reviews. What a disappointment! We tried small Plates, mains as well as pizza. Not a single dish hit the mark. The pizza was bland with zero flavour. The tofu in the mains was Flavourless as well. The worst part is the staff. Other than the hostess, the wait staff were rude and downright nasty. I expected a nice meal but dishes served were disppointing

Average food , for what we pay. Pizza was absolute mess. (chewy) Classic chocolate truffle was hard . Pierogi simple mashed potato with glazed onions . Balinese curry was good Tiramisu sponge used instead brittle biscuit . When feedback given not a satisfied reply came .. Money spent 4074/- for two Good five star hotel buffet will average me less than what I spend ..

Finally went here after hearing so much but OMG was so disappointed. they screwed up everything from a basic mushroom melt sandwich to a simple boba. i can't believe they charged so much for a dry, mealy and completely inedible fare.
