A Once-Favourite Lounge That Has Lost Its Charm An absolutely horrible experience. I have been a regular here for a long time, and this lounge used to be one of my go-to places. Sadly, the way things have deteriorated over the last one to two months makes me wonder whether the management has simply stopped caring about the place. You are not even allowed to sit wherever you wish, despite entire sections being empty. The manager at the entrance was rude, making the experience disappointing right from the start. What happened to the lovely team this lounge used to have? The food was another letdown, with poorly tasting chicken and salad. There was hardly any choice when it came to imported beer. To make matters worse, despite a cricket match being played, the lounge had an unnecessarily loud and poor selection of songs playing in the background. The overall atmosphere was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, this isn’t just about one bad visit. My last few visits over the past month or two have been consistently disappointing, with things seeming to get worse every time. The only positive was a North Eastern female staff member who was serving guests and stood out for her service. The lounge still has enormous potential, and the 40% discount is certainly helpful, but a discount cannot compensate for poor hospitality, disappointing food, and a deteriorating overall experience. It is genuinely sad to see a place that I once enjoyed so much fall to this level. Unless the management takes these issues seriously and brings back the quality of service and atmosphere that made this lounge worth visiting, I will either stop coming altogether or significantly reduce my visits. A once-loved lounge is slowly losing its loyal customers. What a shame.

What a pathetic service! Me and my husband had a day long travel, and really wanted to just have a relaxing time with some good food and drinks. The lady at the reception looked so unhappy for letting us in, and once we were in, the waiters didn't know where to seat us in a totally empty restaurant! And this is at 4 pm on a Wednesday! The staff there just want to have a relaxing time, and are least bothered for service. After reading the other reviews, so glad we didn't bother wasting our time there!

We experienced unsatisfactory customer service and a negative attitude from the staff. We were denied seating at an unoccupied table, despite the establishment being largely empty. This initial encounter has left a lasting negative impression, and we will not be recommending this establishment to others.
