We always wanted to find a place which is different from mainstream buffet places where we are bombarded with food and we end up enjoy nothing. This was not the case here. It was really Peaceful and pleasant experience. We were able to enjoy our meal with our pace and taste was also perfect. They had a good variety of main course including chicken dum biryani and murgh mussalam. The desserts were just perfect which included Gajar ka halwa, kalakand, cake etc. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and we'll definitely visit again ;)

So finally a good healthy food option thats tasty too😋 i just loved the concept... This review is totally based on sweetsoulbudhabowl healthy menu options thats been introduced here.... They have options in veg and nonveg... And if ur a person who likes healthy food.... This is the place to go... They have drinks, desserts which has no sugar in it... And still i liked everything... Drinks may seem weird but still it was a great combo.... And coming to desserts the cocoa chia pudding was my favourite...must try👍😊

I had buffet lunch at Quintessence. The food was delicious. There was a clear demarcation between vegetarian and meat dishes. There were lots of choices in both varieties. Good spread of dessert. I would suggest adding more fruits.

After looking up for restaurants that are open 24 hours, we decided to dine in this place at around 2:15 AM, post flight travel. With a limited menu that covers a decent range from soups to desserts, this place certainly surprised us with the freshness of the food that came out of the kitchen and their service. My friend and I had the cream of mushroom soup, cauliflower cashew fritters (starters) and the veg biriyani. Each of these tasted true to the expectation and description with good service at that time in the night. The waiter managed to keep the space around our table well lit and air conditioned upon our arrival. Good food at a fairly decent price in comparison to other places that are open through the night, I must say that Quintessence is a fair bet for those of you with similar needs.

A buffet lunch at one of the meeting venue. The ambience is pretty okay. The spread was nothing to mention about. The food just about made the sit as well. So nothing really sticking to my mind that stood out and deserves a mention in the review.

Bad and old food served in buffet. Most them was heated and served from freezer. For this price you get better food across chennai

Worst attitude from the staff who has not even have a courtesy to offer seats for the guests and on the top not even serving anything ! Never going to this restuarant

Buffet was 500 , but the items were so common and less. There was no mutton and prawn in non veg and no gobi in veg. Ambience was good, but food was disaster.
