Been a regular here almost since they opened up but the service from their front facing sstaff is pathetic! if you run into a guy named praveen, just walk away! he will ensure that you have the worst weekend possible. They are very selective of who they let in! The service staff have always been friendly however the management keeps this guy Inspite of all the complaints about him. A glorified doorman who does not know 1 percent of how hospitality works. The manager of the place needs to be questioned! don't do here unless you want your night ruined! Inspite of the entire staff knowing us they can throw you under the bus. The worst place with the worst staff at the front! Go to this place if you would like to get thrown around by staff who knows you for ages! Regular or not this this the place where they think they are above the law! The people manning the front desk think they own the place! Take a hike management! you got to fix your bad attitude!

The worse experience ever faced in last 12 years of Chennai experience, the manger is pathetic in handling the basic requirement and issue, we were one of the first group to enter the place at around 7.30 and they by 10 o’clock they have been asking us to shift tables saying it was pre booked, by 10.30 they came and told us that we have to give up the table again. We are group of 9 people and had ordered 3 to 4 dishes and wanted us to just leave the table. Like are we suppose to hold all those plates and stand or just leave the place. O mean how difficult is it to managed the crowd and not allow people if it’s is already crowded inside. The service is pathetic, all the staff has way too much of an Attitude i don’t know for what reason, please do not go here if you all want to have a good time.

I’ve tried to book a table for the weekend, one week prior. They always say that they can only confirm the table on Saturday afternoon or Friday evening. When we try to call and find out the status of the booking, they’ll say it’s not available. This has happened twice to me. When I tried to ask them why this is happening, they said they have a list of regulars and only if they don’t come they can give the table to others. I don’t know the guy’s name I was trying to talk to while making this booking but he is the most annoying and unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to.

I recently visited Radio Room in Chennai and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The service was subpar; the staff seemed to prioritize regular patrons, reserving tables exclusively for them. As a first-time visitor, I felt unwelcome and neglected. The music was mediocre at best, and the staff's demeanor was rude and arrogant, as if they believed this was the premier club in town. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant night out in Chennai.

Worst place to hangout in Chennai city,the way they treat the customers is totally unacceptable,from the manager to the staffs everyone is rude here. Do put a board with the regular members pictures outside and mention only they are allowed inside and do mention it’s a private party. Better shut this place down or change your management.

One of the worst manager and management we ever met all these 15 years of my clubbing experience. Zero hospitality from both Radio Room and Somerset. They don’t even have a valet parking. Man !! are you guys are even a 5 star hotel?

No seats were available They just blocked everything and there is no place to sit pathetic service and people are not at all friendly nor helpful
