please improve your customer service because we all starters getting delay especially complimentary sneaks because that one complimentary Thay are thinking and we buying out side Liquor so Thay say each full bottle 1000 rs we paid 3000 rs for only for our own liquor ok we accept and my colleague vomiting in washroom washbasin no misuse any public and guest area but change for 1000 rs Even 5 star hotel charge for 500 rs only that also any guest area only washroom means no charge we know because we working in 5 Star hotel that' why we not acceptable for those things thank you
