I prefer this restaurant based on their quality of food from my past experience when I visit in same chennai branch and Mumbai branch This time taste and food not upto mark I hope they will improve taste again to their previous quality Whoever serve today also missed dhokla and Vada which I see from next table Whatever we need we have to follow up like 3 times so serving also need to improve Rice who served is serving curd rice first even after asking veg rice , however veg masala rice served is having weird taste

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Khandani Rajdhani, Phoenix MarketCity, Velachery. Went for dinner, ordered the regular thali, and the restaurant was only about 30% occupied. Despite that, service was terrible. I asked for poori four times and got no response. Asked for roti multiple times and finally got it on the third request, but they didn’t serve any curry with it. Even after repeatedly telling the staff and supervisor, nobody brought the curry, and the roti that was served turned cold while I kept waiting. I’ve visited Rajdhani in Hyderabad and Bangalore many times and never faced such poor service. Here, I ended up paying for 2 thalis without actually getting a proper meal and had to go to another restaurant to eat. Management really needs to look into the service quality at this outlet
