we had dinner this week. we fully know about the quality..it never disappoints. however service seems to be dwindling....I left a message for the restaurant manager to call me as i wanted some clarification..and no one called back. The food takes a long time to arrive and even longer to be served. Our steward forgot he had to serve us the pulao.. I love this place but it needs to come up with a better menu and an evolving one..earlier they used to serve meals as per the season..and Please do something about the sluggish service.

The staff is not up to the level of royal vega the name of the restaurant is Royal vega But there is no royality at all the service is delayed Food was served cold I think they did not want us also to be there Definitely not worth the price for what we paid..

We made an appointment but they missed to note it and made us wait for an hour before getting us a table. Really unprofessional behaviour for a supposedly "elite" restaurant. Heavily disappointed!!
