Hi my name is Asma Begum..I am working in poes Garden as a marketing manager in a designer company...9/ 09/ 2023 Saturday we have a small party in my office to get together ..I ordered a total of 9 items..8 falooda and grape juice.in Zomato..when i received the parcel in that 5 falooda half of the cup i received ...I called the alwarpet samco branch to speak with the manager,Mr. Danish I explained to him ...He is such a good manager he asked my bill no and nicely he handled the situation and solved my problum ..I always loved samco food. I always refer my friends and relatives to samco.. I really appreciate Mr. Danish who helped me out and solved my problum ..i give 5 stars to mr Danish..I decided to hear often when I was going to order with the hotel not in zomato...

Food was fantabulous 🥰every particular food gave a unique taste and the quality on top of everything was top notch. Tried kilzhi parotta which is something new and different completely was so fulfilling. Falooda was simple and elegant visually and taste wise was decent, grilled chicken was super soft and the chicken was well cooked . Thank you samco for providing good food in all times :)🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, each dish we ordered was 🤤🤤 The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked till the inside which is rare. Mr Chandan took very good care of us. Will definitely be visiting again

Ambiance wise good. But the tables were placed very closed to each other the space was cramped and seating was difficult. Needs to Improve on that. Service was prompt and the staff was courteous. The menu was quite extensive. We went at 8 pm but still, mandi was over by then. We ordered Non-Vegetarian Platter, Noodles, and Kunafa The non-vegetarian platter was good and had a sufficient quantity for 2-3 people. Kunafa was served with ice cream and it was delicious with the right amount of cheese and sweat. overall the experience was good except for the seating

BBQ Chicken mandi from @hotelsamco , Near SIET college. A subtle taste (I know I can't expect a lot here) simple usage of spices cooked well with rice. A subtle flavoured rice and well spiced BBQ with mayo. I never expected this to be a this muchh good combo. Not too flavoured still flavourful 😂 Ended up finishing the whole plate alone

The place was awesome, The food was awesome but the staffs are not attentive every order we need to call them, they don't even care how we're having our meal or not the captain was kinda oversmart I mean who was with the red shirt. I should definitely say poor service 🤮the company should keep more service people or need to teach them properly...

Dirty restaurant(washrooms and floors) Not hygienic.. BBQ Chicken served was very hard and old.. They give importance to only grp of 10 and above.. Whereas 2,3 ppl grp ...they will make you wait ..

found a stapler pin in the fish, staff didn't seem to care. no apology. asked them to cancel the fish, paid the rest of the bill. seems like a normal day in the operations of the restaurant.

The Briyani we had was bad. We couldn't have half of what we could usually and stomach pain the and evening. Just too bad. Should definitely make it new and not old.
