Its a go to place for me a decent taste which never changes number of time you visit and pretty good service and hospitality. I personally go every time when am very much hungry since i know the taste and service how it will be and i wont be disappointed. Mr. Kumar- Everytime he takes a good care of us inside the restaurant

Just went for a casual dining and had some starter and a salad. Not quite hungry enough for main course. TRUST me it was a delightful experience and i was impressed with manchow soup and chicken ceasar salad. service and ambience was topnotch. Must try this restaurant guys.

Food was very delicious and kids friendly ambience. staff were too good and amicable. Biriyani was top notch. vegan options were also very good and yummy

Samco, the name has been familiar to almost all Chennaites and has been standing tall since the 1960s. No matter where you go in Chennai, you cannot miss trying them at any of their branches in Chennai at least once!! Chicken pepper fry - Tender chicken coated well, fried deeply, and Sautéed with strong pepper; the flavor was too much, didn't like the texture but the meat was pretty good 👍  Singapore chili chicken - Chicken tossed in Sweet and tangy sauce, so soft with chilies and Capsicum; a hint of umami and sourness to balance things 👌 Mutton samosa - Great roadside snack served with sauce, crunchy with sufficient minced Mutton on the inside, WOW 🤩 Mutton chukka - Well ground Mutton with an amalgamation of all native spices; but, the raw taste was evident even after having a hint of lemon to it 😑 Mutton mandi - Succulent meat on the marrow which was as soft as a cotton candy; the Arabian rice was fragrant with mayo being the perfect companion for the mandi (like how they do in Kerala) ❤️ Chicken semiya biryani - Their signature biryani with vermicelli instead of rice; the composition was similar to any biryani but the fine semiya didn't work for me while the meat could've been cooked better 😐 Red velvet ice cream - Smooth and creamy ice cream but left for a while would leave the crystals thereby ruining the experience 🙌 The best part of this place is its huge seating space, the glittery embellishments elevating the ambiance, its courteous service, and its comfortable valet parking space.  While table booking is recommended for groups, there was only a minimum waiting time for tables and the food. Their prices are quite decent as many people serve the same curated menu all across Chennai.

food is not digested I think they are adding Dalda in briyani ,which is not good for elders .

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today at Samco. I had come for dining and ordered a mutton kothu parotta, chicken fried rice, and a boneless pepper chicken. After having a small portion, I requested the remaining food to be packed as I had to leave quickly due to my child crying. To my shock, when I opened the parcel at home, I found only three pieces of boneless pepper chicken. I am absolutely certain that there was nearly a full plate left when I asked for it to be packed. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of mishandling or intentional negligence. I did not expect this kind of cheap and dishonest behavior from a brand like Samco. It’s extremely disheartening to think that customers can be taken for granted like this. I hope this issue is taken seriously, and necessary action is required

I felt the taste could definitely be improved. Personally, I didn’t enjoy the shawarma much, especially with the pepper powder in it. The BBQ was decent and the biryani was okay, while the ambience was wonderful and the staff were excellent. However, considering the bill, I felt the overall experience didn’t quite match the value. I hope you can work on enhancing the taste, as everything else was really good.

The person at the lobby is very rude , piece of shit character , he’s lying giving snarky sarcastic replied and rude overall, just asked to substitute mayo with healthier option and he’s giving random reasons saying the order left when the delivery partner didn’t even go to the restaurant , will never order or go to this restaurant ever . PATHETIC

I ordered prawn hot garlic sauce. the prawns weren't deveined at all. all the prawn pieces had veins in it like thick black cord which made the food not palatable.
