I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Samco Grande Hall and had a fantastic experience with family and friends. The event was well-organized, thanks to the polite and professional manager, Samir. The food was excellent, though the in-house decoration was a bit pricey compared to local options. However, the decor was beautifully done, making it worthwhile. I highly recommend this venue for any celebration!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly quick and efficient, and the staff's cheerful and pleasant demeanor truly enhanced my evening. The food was absolutely delicious, leaving no doubt about its quality. One of the best in the locality. The service is great. The food is good. The food comes Pretty quick. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Washrooms are neat. Try their crispy chilli lollipop. A recent favourite.

I have tried many times in their main restaurant. First time trying here. Very nice ambience. Warm welcome by the staff. Constantly one waiter was attending our table. Aatukkal Soup was good. Alfam BBQ was very good. I felt price was slightly high but taste was good. Mutton sheek kebab was nice. Briyani i will rate it 4 in comparison with their main restaurant. Mutton pieces were tender and juicy. Aroma was good. Masala was too less today. Malabar Parotta and Chettinad Chicken vera level combo. loved it 😍 Brownie was very good. Tender Coconut Pudding was good. Im not a big fan of this dish. It was ok. Kunafe🔥 Another out of the world dish. Started loving this dish since i had it from Palmshore. Palmshore was better than this but. Overall a nice place for food.

1. Food was OK. It wasn't good compared to other branches. 2. Food was served 40mins after the order. After 30 mins when I followed up on the order, the supervisor said there is some miscommunication in the kitchen hence the delay. This reason cannot be accepted for the brand like Samco. 3. Supervisor was least bothered about the delay in order. 4. Washroom is too small. No hand-wash liquid, tissue papers were no there. 5. Water was leaking from the ceiling in washroom. 6. There is no adequate car parking. 7. Valet parking are made in the streets. My car side mirror was bent to the opposite. when asked the valet parking people are saying someone in the street must have done it. Overall very very bad experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will not visit here again.

Most of the items in the menu weren't available. no detailed description in the menu. The staff don't know what's on the menu. they aren't trained to explain menu items. Communication was pathetic jus like any other North Indian accent
