we tried their pizza and pasta which is good but their loaded fries are mid and the beef steak & garlic bread are below average , if you are trying desserts and beverages its a good spot overall

Ganesh Is The Manager He And His Entire Staff Is Horrible At Their Service. We Were A Group Of 10 People And And Almost Placed An Offer Of Around 5000/- To -10000/- The Entire Staff Specially The Guyz In The Picture Are Horrible And Have No Sense Of Hospitality. They Cancelled Our Entire Order And Didnt Inform Us And Had The Audacity To Not Inform Us About The Cancellation As We Were Seated There For 20 Minutes. We Were Very Upset As The Issue Was All Due To One Member Eating Outside Food As They Cannot Have Sugar In Their Desserts. Pathetic And Disgusting Service , We Have Been Going To Sandys For Almost 10 Years But This Behaviour From Ganesh And His Team Was Filthy And Insulting At The Least. Worst Staff And Horrible Service.

Such a waste of money and time. We ordered 3 dishes and all were so mediocre. The chilli beef was made with frozen meat and basic sauce. The thin crust pizza was soggy and had puthina chutney and when we asked they claimed it was ‘cilantro’ sauce. In cheese ravioli there was not much stuffing and pasta itself was hard. And the best part of it all the staffs there didn’t even offer us water and when we asked about it the waiter literally said ‘we’ll provide if you ask for it’. I suggest you can go to some other place where you can get good food and respect for the amount they are charging for this pathetic experience.

Worse food!! Even the normal chicken Cheese fries they couldn’t make it properly, the guys literally doesn’t know the difference between a cheese and mayonnaise. Then we ordered the signature hot chocolate, it was possibly the worse hot chocolate in entire chennai. Overall the food is way below average, even the ambience is pathetic.

Ambience is very bad! For this ambience they are costing their Hot chocolate for 375 rs and it tastes average. Quantity is also worst. Service it utter bad, I ordered overload pancake after 20 minutes they’re saying it’s not available, And chicken tenders it’s totally waste

Unhygienic. Cockroaches everywhere incl baby seat, the aesthetic is rough and feels dirty instead of minimal, and that bun and an unmelted raw cheese slice is not ehat you expect on a rs500+ burger!

The food was really disappointing. The chicken pieces in the sandwich loaf were very small, and the BBQ wings had a bitter taste. Overall, the food and ambience was not good.

The ambiance is pathetic, they have just cement floor and the place looks like an office. Food was ok but definitely over priced for the taste and ambiance
