We have been regulars at Sandy's since they opened this branch, as it is the closest to our home. The food is good, and we order home delivery very often. If visiting the restaurant, the space is limited and a bit cramped. But you can always call to place an order and pick it up to go. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant is yummy. Pasta is good. Burgers, fries, and wings are good. They have some good pastries as well.

The usual indulgent hot chocolate was good. However the other hot chocolate using custom chocolate we ordered was not that good. The cream or milk seemed a little off. Also the chocolate items can be too sweet. Some more less sweet options would be really nice.

I visited Sandy's Restaurant on March 30, 2025, for dinner around 7:30 PM, and I must express my disappointment with the experience. From the start, the reception was cold, and basic service expectations were unmet. Our glasses weren’t filled with water, and the table was set with used forks and knives, while spoons were missing. After a significant wait, a waiter finally took our order. However, when I requested certain items, I was told they were unavailable due to supply chain issues. Shockingly, I noticed that other tables were being served the very dishes we were denied. Out of curiosity and concern, I checked Sandy’s Zomato delivery menu and saw the same items listed as available. This inconsistency was both frustrating and unacceptable. When I questioned the waiter about this, he failed to provide a clear answer and merely apologized. It was disheartening to see a blatant lack of transparency and fairness. Adding to the disappointment, I had visited the same Sandy restaurant just last week, and all the items were available then. This experience leaves me questioning why one set of customers is treated differently from another. If supply chain issues were genuinely a problem, why were other customers accommodated while we were denied service? Such discriminatory and negligent treatment is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Sandy addresses these issues promptly. Respecting all customers equally and maintaining transparency in service are the bare minimum expectations. If such treatment continues, I fear it will severely impact the restaurant’s reputation in the long run. Looking forward to a response and a reasonable explanation. this how you are instructed to treat customers in your company policy! note- The booking is done in my wife name Nivetha. I will definitely neither visit Sandy's injambakkam branch nor recommended anyone in future!!!

Total chemistry fail at Sandy’s Chocolate Laboratory. We went in hoping for a great weekend meal, but it was a disaster from start to finish. The fries were dripping in oil, and the garlic bread was small, dry, and rock-hard. To top it off, the milkshake quantity was tiny—definitely not worth the premium price tag. For a place that brands itself on precision, the kitchen was way off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

the menu is almost completely unavailable. they literally have some 3 items. their service is so bad that I literally had to point to every single menu item at the counter and ask them if they do that or not. the menu has to be updated if they don't have the items listed on it. oh what a fall from grace, Sandy's. never coming back here.
