Had to wait for 40-50 mins but no regrets! Very nice food and ambience. Live music was there. Tried Paneer satay for first time and it was really good. Other veg starters and curries were also good. Dessert was also amazing.

Everything about Sangeetha makes it a mandatory stop while in Chennai. The food is delectable, the place is hygienic, and the service is so prompt. The fact that the owner of the place has his roots in Udupi leaves no element of surprise! Their onion rava dosa was an absolute banger: it had a spicy hint to it that went perfectly with the chutney and sambhar. Wanted to try the chickoo kesari which wasn't available in the morning, but the staff suggested a pineapple kesari that I absolutely enjoyed. Ended the whole affair with a warm cup of coffee. While I visit Sangeetha mainly for breakfast, I've also heard that they serve well rounded vegetarian meals for lunch, which I look forward to trying soon!

forpast many yrs we are regular customers. After the renovation the taste has changed. it was known for its taste. Got same opinion from my friends too.

waiters are behaving like beggers. very late service. more staffs, just chatting with each other. good served is not even worth. The waiters & the stewards we're talking about the owners badly. Once this place was a good veg restaurant, but now it has become another saravana bhavan. worst food. Their fried rice costs ௹350 plus taxes, worth for Rs. 125 only. Mr Suresh, the owner should take care of this restaurant & reduce the staff & fix normal costs for food. Sangeetha can reducebthe staff by 75% & reduce price of the items by 50%. why a plate of idly costs₹75, when A2B gives it 29₹ in Swiggy solong you have earned somuch of wealth. now you give back to society by reducing basic foods of idly, dosai, coffee. please follow Welcome hotel formula. now prices are skyrocketed. They renovate & create more value for their property. bacame too costly now. It is high time some better restaurant has to be open on Gandhi nagar. mathsya food is good &much cheaper than Sangeetha but they are not open all day. Geetham, or someone else should open a restaurant near this hotel.

Ordered pongal and it came with some threads in the food. Ordered vadacurry and it turned out super spicy and dint taste like the usual one. When I informed the manager,he cooly said yes today it was bad. Well they still chose to serve it to customers :) . Masala parotta is prepared by 3/4pm and they served the soggy parotta even at 6pm and are not willing to prepare fresh. There was a time when sangeetha Adyar's food and service was excellent, unfortunately now its declining a lot. The ones who take orders don't seem to have a good attitude/respect. Sad part is despite complaining the hotel folks don't care.

Waiter Pawan was serving me and I had a horrible experience. Refuses to give me a bottle or water, then when I created a scene - gave me but refused to add to the official receipt. Tells me that because I don’t speak Tamil, it is my fault. I asked to speak to manager and he refused to call the manager. This branch is run very unprofessionally. Not sure what is going on but the Sangeetha management should observe. Must be lots of other such fraud happening.

I am a regular for the last 15+ years and visit almost 5 times a week. Last 3 visits this week has been disastrous. Specifically today the pongal was scrapped from the bottom of the vessel and served, that too 75% of usual quantity. Sangeetha is losing it's name for customer service through these bad waiters. One thing common in these 3 instances was that there was no manager around to even complain.

One of most priced and pathetic mini tiffens I have ever had in my life. That rating of 1 is for the mini coffee. How can they serve such tasteless food at such a high price.

Yesterday, I ordered Water Melon Juice through Zomato, But I received Bisleri Water bottles. Till now no replacement or refund is done for it.
