It was perfect! Crispy vada & soft idlis, loved the red chutney. Filter coffee had just the right amount of sweetness to it

Food is average....service is pathetic...they don't bother to check what you need...had ordered an unlimited thali and had to literally beg for any refill....even for the ghee and podi for the thali I had to wait for 15 minutes in between my meal which spoiled the whole experience...and their washroom and it's hygiene is the worst I have ever seen...it's I guess their budget friendly prices that attracts the maximum crowd

I went to get a meals parcel in a tiffin box. They refused to give in a carrier. I guess that’s very regressive. I thought it would enable them go green but in spite of my request it was not given. Also no extra portions given even if I am ready to pay. Not user friendly. I have seen this restaurant go down after the renovation last year.

Food is good. But because of service they are going to lose the customers. 1. Responsiveness towards customer is very poor 2. They never treat customers with hospitality 3. Informed masala dosa they gave plain dosa. And above that they were arguing that I told only dosa. Finally asked for masala atleast, for that they charged 15 rs extra

Pathetic service! Calls and says that 2 ordered items are not available for delivery and can replace the items, but will not replace with 2 items because I ordered idlis and he wants to replace with dosa. I understand that idlis cost lesser than dosa, but how can they ask 2 people to have 1 dosa? They are mindless twerps

This restaurant is famous for south indian food. Visited on 14-Mar-25 for dinner. Ambience - ok service - bad North Indian food - bad - Chef doesn't know how to prepare this kind of cuisine South Indian food - Very good

Horrible service. Careless staff. Extremely disappointed. We walked away without eating and nobody cared. Their order punching is important but, our preference is neglected and that is down right disgusting
