I went along with my family, we had various types of dishes mainly Singapore fried rice and panner sheek kebab was so nice must try. Tomato soup was so Creamy & yummy. Need to tell you about Rose falooda it was so tasty and sweet content maintained at the correct level - must try.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AFTER REQUESTING THEM TO CHANGE ALUMINUM BOX FOR HOT FOOD THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED IT TO BANANA LEAF ORGANIC PACKING .SUPERB RESPECT FOR THE HEALTH OF THE CUSTOMER .

The service was really good 👍 Was very happy with the food , nothing to complain about .. the rosemilk here is a must must try.. Paneer dosa and maharaja dosa was totally good ..

This place is known for its south indian food, which is amazing. But the staff simply don't wear masks which is extremely off-putting given that they handle our food!

We celebrated our second son's 8th birthday(19-11-2022) in Sangeetha Desi Mane Sangeetha Desi Mane(party hall is in first floor), virumgambakkam branch. We booked the party hall for 2 hours from 5-7pm and mentioned the incharge person that we expect around 80 people for the party. Till 7:45pm we used the space as our deco people came late to dismantle the backdrop and balloon decoration. We paid for the extra time and for all the guest who came for the party. When my husband was paying the bill, my kids with his friends bursted the balloons. Suddenly the owner of the place came and shouted at our kids that they are disturbing their customers and made the place dirty(she meant the party poppers used during the celebration). I went and told her not to shout at kids instead talk to the host as our guests were still waiting near the staircase and they heard her shouting at their kids. As a party host, it's my responsibility to keep my guests comfortable till they leave the party. The owner all of a sudden came from somewhere shouted at the party kids in front of their parents and started to yell at us. Our point is she can ask the host(or any adults) to clear the place but she has no rights to yell at our kids. Though all my guests were insisting the point, she was shouting without understanding what our concern is. She also blamed us for using party poppers and said we made the place dirty. She also added that they didn't complained of serving our 97 guests though we mentioned 80 guests(+ or - 20 is acceptable in any party halls and it's actually a profit for them). Our concern is only one point yelling at our kids is not a good idea, instead she can very well talk to the host or parents. But she started to blame us one by one. She called my husband's number after we reached home and said that she wanted to apologise. As I was not in a mood to talk to her, my husband explained the situation politely to her, but still she didn't understand our point and started to blame us again. She also said that she only raised her voice, my husband told her that raising voice at other's kids is what our concern is and that's what is meant as yelling. She immediately said that if she wanted to yell, her words would have been different. To that my husband replied if she would have used inappropriate words on our kids, we would have definitely reacted in a different way. After that she didn't allow my husband to speak and started to blame us again for using poppers and bursting ballons, to which my husband told her that he will hang up the call if she doesn't listen to what our concern is...she didn't allow him to speak so he hung up the call. (she didnt seem to apologise, she just wanted to blame us again) Actually our party started late by 45 minutes. since the decoration was not finished. When we asked the deco person, he said they didn't provide the hall on time and had to start the decoration late. Now the owner's behaviour has ruined our day of celebration. Note : I am not a person who writes bad reviews about people or organisations. If I don't like something, I usually just ignore and move away. But I can't keep quite, when it comes to my kids, ruining the birthday celebration and shaming my guests.

Very poor customer service. I’ve been trying to reach the managers of both Ashok Nagar & Virugambakkam branch to place an order for catering service but both are irresponsible to revert to calls. After multiple follow ups I was told that I’ll receive a catering menu details in whatsapp but nothing showed up. Later after waiting for 2 days, I called A2B and enquired, I immediately received all the details and placed my order aswell. I pity the owners who appointed such managers in Sangeetha desi mane, These people are only gonna drop the sales irrespective of how good the food is.

Sheer arrogance combined with poor service - best way to describe the experience with the staff at Sangeetha Desi Mane virugambakkam. Atrocious service. I think they have become complacent over a good customer base and reasonable success enough to treat their customers poorly. If you want a good food experience, the last place to goto!

Pichakara hotel doesn't give enough sambar what needs to given at all. Don't know why these guys sells idly dosa and all when they don't want their customers to be served with sambar sides
