I have been regular to sea shell , very recently we went for christmas lunch …. Food was absolutely yummy , fresh and good serving … place is sufficiently staffed a service was top notch . We truly enjoyed our family christmas lunch at leisure with mouth watering variety of foods . Mutton briyani is phenomenal . Chinese and desserts are outstanding…. Mughal starters were really awesome .

food is good but not that great compared to other fine dining experiences. ambience is good. whatever foods ordered wasnt spicy (even biryani by default). may be that was a downside on a personal note as am spice lover. soups were good. slightly expensive compared to other restaurants in annanagar. value for money is bit compromised. Overall opinion is descent , can try once for experience.

Everything good except the grilled fished they served which was stinking old smell so we have to return it. But otherwise as usual very nice food and ambience.

Service Is Not Good, we were asking for multiple times to get the food which we ordered. It takes so much time for every item. We ordered an egg fried rice but it had some kind of fish smell and taste. We returned that and asked for the fresh one. Again, it is the same case. We had to cancelled that order. Atleast, they were accepting it. Tandoori kebab platter was a scam, it had less no of pieces and that too chicken pieces but price is high. Mutton biriyani doesn't taste like a mutton biriyani, it is some kind of plain biriyani which had few mutton pieces. We had food on 2nd floor and the ambience is not great. Overall, not a good experience. It might be due to crowd or less number of people serving.

we regret visiting the restaurant last night, the chicken fried rice we ordered was terrible we could only smell raw egg and old chicken, the mutton biriyani was the worst biriyani we've ever tasted, there was only the taste of star anise. please don't take people for fools, TRULY REGRET VISITING sea shell..this is not the seashell was knew before. Highly not recommended

very poor service and much delayed for bill indeed. waited for finger bowl for 20 mins. and waited till confirmation of bill payment. so pathetic service. And, dishonouring consumer.

Cockroach was found in the chicken manchow soup , annoyed to the core never expected this from sea shell .
