Yayyy!! The best Dahi puri I’ve ever had till date It was so good and so were their Rasamalai Small box had ✌🏻 pieces .. loved it and went on to get another round of both! ❤️

Not quite sure why North-Indian places in Chennai don't make me high. Maybe it's because of the lack of nativity but some do serve the best stuff in the town. Dabeli - Authentic Gujarati snack with sweet pomo, crunchy peanuts, spicy sev & sauces; had an amalgamation of all flavors, was a bit cold so felt MEH 😑 Cheese vada pav - Traditional pav with extra grated cheese; the filling was spicy but saturated chili in between would have made it the best 😐 Rajma with white rice - Wholesome red bean gravy with hot basmati!! The mild-spiced dish is packed with calories to up the ante 😊 Grilled chili cheese sandwich - Plain sandwich with tomatoes, raw chili with the gooey cheese, ORDINARY 😐😑 Amritsari paneer tikka - Blocks of paneer marinated in pepper & garam masala, sauteed with chili paste, this was good yet UMMM!! 😏😏 Chola poori - Big puffed soft poori with authentic channa masala; the masala had diverse flavors which went well even with the Rotis 😍😍 Rasmalai & Chaas are a must-try out here!! The ice cream brownie was quite good with the right combination of HOT & COLD!! 😍😍 Baklava - OH YEA dessert!!! The best and my favorite dessert of all time; the layered pastry saturated in sugar syrup, their varied shapes with different dry fruits to go with; comes in a different pattern, shapes but, everything is SWEET 🥰🥰 Valet parking is available so not much of a concern for parking (beware of peak hours). While they have got a big seating space on their 2nd-floor dining, they also have a huge space in their 1st-floor sweet section. Conventional ambiance with Self-service and very nominal pricing makes this outlet a decent affair.

The service was poor and the quality of food is not standardized anymore. This outlet which has been a family favourite and was recognised for its high quality has lost its touch. It is disappointing to see that the USP of the restaurant has come down. Shree Mithai will become another run in the mill restaurant if they loose on their quality and service which used to be excellent earlier and set the restaurant apart from others.

Food doesn't have any taste, gravy was bland, spring rolls were uncooked,not worth the money. Don't know why it has so much hype.

While the food here is good, the service and management are absolutely pathetic. I waited over 30 minutes for a single item and only received it after being forced to escalate. What good is the quality of the product if a customer’s time is valued so poorly? What irked me even further was the manager's dismissive, lackluster response. They didn't bother to take my concerns seriously, making it clear that giving feedback here is a waste of breath. Because of this 'take it or leave it' attitude, I returned my order and took a full refund. Great food doesn't excuse a total lack of accountability and basic courtesy. I won't be back.

Yesterday we visited shree mithai Anna nagar and ordered paneer tikka where we found hair on the paneer and asked for replacement. Later we took a Chinese rice combo parcel along with us. After coming home the rice was half cooked and totally bland no flavours nothing. We had disposed the entire food. Disappointed and totally unacceptable from such famouse food chain.

You will have to pay police fine also along with restaurant bill . No parking space at Ashok Nagar and never ever I will visit this place because of the indifferent attitude of the staff at higher level too

Neither Self Service nor table service. They first take the Money after that they deliver the Dessert first after that main course and finally Staters. Pathetic Service. Full waste of Money.

the worst food have ever eaten. not worth the money. I bought north Indian thali which had nothing tasty. Mysore masala Dosa was poured with ghee and was worst
