Chola Bhatura & Sev Puri are best. Sev Puri is just amazing. Most famous is Chola bhatura. Badam milk is good. Pani puri was okayish

A longtime player on the mithai and chaat scene in Chennai has to be Shree Mithai. Visited their Chetpet outlet for the umpteenth time and should definitely add here - consistency is their middle name. A variety of sweets ranging from South Indian to Bengali and a sumptuous list of chaats. The pricing is apt and service, adequate. A clean and well lit dining space with minimal seating.

The tried and tested Shree Mithai does not fail to disappoint. I was looking for a quick dinner and the place was just the perfect restaurant I was looking for. The rasmalai they serve is absolutely worth dying for. The prices are pretty affordable too.

Just a name brand that is all. Their snacks and sweets are not very tasty and consistent. Mostly it is spiced up too much. They just show off that they have too many varieties but nothing tastes very great. The Shree Mithai in Iyyappanthangal is even worse. Don’t believe in brand name. I visited Ashwin sweets and snack that is just opposite to Shree Mithai Iyappanthangal and was surprised by the quality variety and taste of the sweets and snacks. Really really good stuff and reasonably priced. If people want to eat good sweets and snacks you can try out this place. I guarantee you will like it.

The food quality and taste were average. However, the staff's behavior was disappointing. We had ordered samosa with dahi and requested the components to be served separately for our child, but the staff blatantly refused.

Pls don't buy jalebi here.avoid it completely pls pls.They have made a complete new dish out of our jalebi - Soft Cold Jalebi prepared before 2 hours

⭐☆☆☆☆ *Pathetic and Utterly Mismanaged – Never Going Back* One of the worst dining experiences ever. I went to Shree Mithai with my wife for dinner, and it was a complete disaster. First of all, it's self-service – fine. But when I go to the billing counter to place the order, I’m told *“you can order only if you catch a seat.”* What kind of nonsense system is this? How on earth is a customer supposed to “catch” a seat while also standing in the billing queue? Is this a restaurant or a game of musical chairs? No logic, no coordination, no courtesy. The place was crowded, chaotic, and the staff couldn’t care less. It was nothing short of harassment – making customers run around in confusion instead of offering basic service. Completely ruined our evening. Shame on Shree Mithai for operating like this. Never stepping in again and would advise others to avoid unless you enjoy stress for dinner
