Loved the dinner experience at Sian. We have visited Gateway (now Vivanta) before and found the food to be great. Sian was no exception. It’s a small and cosy place. The service here is outstanding. The staff is polite and helps you make choices by providing the right inputs. I ordered a variety of stuff i.e. soups, noodles, sizzlers and mains. I would strongly recommend the noodles. One of the best I have had in a while. Overall, awesome experience and will visit again. #chinese #panasian #indochinese

Nice ambience with comfortable seating arrangements. Polite and friendly staffs. Tried lobster soup, lobster and prawn dim sums, crispy chilli chicken, mixed fried rice and mango pudding. All the items were clean and hygienic. Taste was good. Good place to try close to authentic asian cuisine!!

We went for a Friday night dinner. It was not crowded at all. Food was really good - we had king pao chicken, tofu clay pot and the fried Lotus stem appetizer. Our waitress Amen was really nice and ensured our family had a peaceful and delicious meal at the restaurant.

Definitely Chinese food with finesse. Staff are very friendly and great service. Food is wonderful. Couldn’t get to Thai food this time, next time for sure. Didn’t see the red Chinese lantern fitting in the overall decor

Hands down one of the best Chinese I’ve eaten. Excellent dimsums and Chinese fare at Sian! Service is great. Jonali served our table and was prompt in her service.

Been for lunch on 9/7/22. This was our 2nd visit. When we entered except us only another table was occupied which was around 1.15 pm. Seating was comfortable but music was noisy along with loud video on his mobile by the other table guest. Definitely not 5star experience. Just 1 person to serve. By 2pm more tables got filled up but still 1 staff to take orders, serve, clean and Bill. A captain was around lending a helping hand. Ambience and seating 3/5. Food- The waitress Amen was very gracious and helpful in ordering our soup, starters. Manchow chicken soup was very good. 5/5. Fried Prawn was good 4/5 chilly fish was also good-4/5. Main course the waitress didn't have a idea of what we were asking. She had a word with the chef and made us mixed Schezwan fried rice with egg chicken and prawns. 2/5 Quantity was good but Taste was average. Have tasted better rice at other places. So a disappointing main course. Overall a good meal. Cost- 4/5 good taste except for the main course and good quantity. Service- A lot to be improved. Inadequate staff and very very long waiting time for the service since 1 person had to manage multiple tables. Definitely not 5 Star service.

This was my second visit to the place, as I went back for the Chicken Pan fried noodles. And both the times, the dish didn't disappoint me. Their Crispy chilly prawns are also yumm. The duplings could have been a bit more jucier. Overall, it is one of the best Chinese serving restaurants in Chennai.

Went here for a family dinner!! Good food!! Good and polite staff.. I loved the whole wheat noodles.. do try... Just felt.. charging RS.200/- for a mineral water bottle was too high!!!
