It was nice experience and food. Staffs were friendly and did immediate responses. They can improve their menu- and introduce different flavours of starters.

Food is like whatever you can expect from a barbeque buffet restaurant in this area. Food is average but service was good, they kept stacking the food as we asked. But ambience and cleanliness could be improved

restrooms are not at all good, smelly, no tissues in restroom, uncomfortable sinks, can't able to wash my hands properly, food is not that good in my opinion.....

This is not the Smoke Hub BBQ we visited earlier. Everything has changed—and in a completely negative way. The varieties were fewer, and the quality of the food was unbelievably bad. The vessels were not clean. Even the quality of the ice cream was poor, and I’m not sure whether the toppings were expired. When I asked for toppings, the server took a bottle from the freezer and showed it to me, and I couldn’t tolerate the condition it was in. The spoons kept near the ice cream counter were also not cleaned properly. The jamun tasted strange, with an odd smell—both my mother and I experienced the same. Coming to the soft drinks, the glasses were chilled but not the drink itself. When we asked about it, the server simply brought a cup full of ice to add to it. Some of the food was undercooked, and for the Cajun potatoes, they used potato chips instead. I had a horrible experience at Smoke Hub today, and despite all this disappointment, we still spent around ₹3000. I wanted to take more pictures, but I couldn’t. I only managed to capture one photo of the salt bottle kept on the table—where the table salt was mixed with rice. It seems they added rice to keep the salt dry, but honestly, it just shows how careless they’ve become. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.

food not provided at time, they hesitating to give food, really we not satisfied this time, we are regular customer to smoke hub barbeque, chrompet branch. many of the things are changed. this is not our regular smoke hub, really this team going to lost them regular customers. please consider the quality and customer's satisfaction.

the experience was very bad. the food was very cold. the barbeque wasn't even hot. all the items were served with so much delay.
