Have been watching this place whenever we pass by, but never been there. One day we finally decided to drop by here. We ordered a peri peri fries, brocoli spring rolls, paneer steak, panini, and chicken wings. Everything was very good, great service, right on time and amazing ambience. To end the meal we rinished it with tiramisu cheesecake, absolutely lip smacking delicious.

Classy Vibe and even better coffee! The food is out of the world. Such a breather amidst so many over hyped yet subpar cafes. They could work on improving the food quantity for the prices though. Would love to visit again!

South west coffee roasters. Nungambakkam. Chennai. Cozy place in Mahalingapuram suitable for peaceful retreat. Bit on the expensive side. Parking 3* Reception 3* Ambience and cleanliness 4* Choice of menu 3* Service and hospitality 4* Taste and favour 4* Value for money 3* We ordered hot cappuccino, latte, Kara Sara corn. Coffees were routine stuff. Corn was spicy as expected, but undercooked. Not a good choice. Overall, if you have plenty of time and require a space for retreat with friends, choose this. !

Loved their coffees and Breakfast Spread! Very good service too! The place was pretty small but was super packed for a weekday ! Cannot stop raving about the delicious breakfast spread! We ended up ordering almost everything that was on the BF menu! Absolutely amazing food ! 💯

Loved the curated drink menu and starters options. Food could have been a tad more flavorful but the portions / ingredients very well put. Wish the place was a bit more bigger to breathe.

The ambience is pretty good and service too. However the food didn’t live upto expectations or reviews. Dishes tried : Grilled chicken - 3/5 chicken was dry and not juicy, mushroom sauce was tasty. Grilled Fish - 3/5 fish was overcooked and spicy. The sauce was great though Pesto spaghetti pasta - 4/5 this was pretty good. Ideal soft spaghetti and pesto well balanced. Would definitely suggest for coffee

We’re literally been to all the cafes in Chennai we almost handout in cafe 3-4 times a week, day before yesterday me and husband took my son to southwest we had 3-4 dishes and packed food to go and after that I had a severe diarrhea I am sure it is because of this restaurant because I packed some food and gave it to my Maid even they have bad diarrhea. Also, my son has got bad diarrhea past two days. It’s like two severe. I’ve never experienced anything like this before this hotel is very bad quality food probably very old stock, rice or something. We are all suffering from food poisoning.

Highly disappointed with the service, portion and taste. Waited for more than 40 mins for the food to get to the table. Very pricey for the quantity. Purely Over hyped ! Had to ask them to wave off the service charge because it wasn’t worth it . We had ordered for two of us and leaving back with half filled tummy😓
