Staff behaviour was very nice i just asked them after booking that it’s my friends birthday and they arranged a little surprise for her and special thanks to Kimi she’s so sweet ans she arranged a cake for my friend

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food except for the biryani every other dish they had to offer was as though it was ordered in a alacart restaurant and not something you would expect in a buffet. I had liver Pepper fry which stood out, duck sukka was good ,chicken 65 was made to order, so was the Mushroom Pepper fry, I had kalaki, some parota with chicken curry, fish fry(though not vanjaram but the chef handled it on par with vanjaram), they gave me some snacks I don't know what it's in TN in ap we call it guntha pungadalu which wer awesome. desserts could be better. over all I was satisfied with the food. server siva asked me if I wanted to try various dishes and made me have them.... so shout out to him.

Had Ala Carte, good experience. Must try = Murgh Tikka & Khow Suey. Then the chicken burger was good. Not satisfied with the flavour of Thukpa soup. Disappointed with wedges because they served burnt one, later changed. Don't ever try milkshakes.

No varieties. only one starter for each and that too was not good. Some are excellent and many could be improved

Zomato offer of free brew are not accepted by hotels. They didn't mention anything about offer not applicable on alcohol before serving. Staff is untrained and have no knowledge on how to deal with customers

Half of the items from the menu was not available.. They should have told clearly in the online menu.. we came at proper lunch time..it's not even late night.. this is just not done.

Pathetic spread .. there was literally one starter in veg and non veg and all the food was cold . Live counter was there only for roti … I’ve never been to a buffet so bad
