Very disappointing dinner experience at ibis hotel. There were hardly any dishes available, and the overall quality was extremely poor. For vegetarians, it was even worse — no live counters and very limited options. Only one dessert was provided, which is unacceptable for a proper dinner setup. The curd rice tasted bad, the soup was even worse, and there were no proper side dishes for plain white rice — not even basic accompaniments like pickle. There was no welcome drink or fresh juice, and not even ice cream was available. To make matters worse, no cutlery was provided at our table, and even tissue paper was missing. Overall, a very poorly managed and highly unsatisfactory dining experience. I did not expect this standard from ibis. Very disappointed.

They took over 1 hour to provide with the starters, it was good but extremely chilli. They didnt have Lemons, entire hotel was out of lemons i dont know how they managed that as a 4star but impressive . Soup came after starters. Service is absolutely trash like no kidding. Food was good so some saving grace there. The waiters have absolutely no clue what to do and how to do it.

Very very worst. No dishes in buffet. only one started, 1 side dish and 1 main dish in both beg and non veg. even for 50% offer it of zero worth.

Worst experience every had in my life. Roadside restaurant better than. Spoiled entire day. They are not even fit for 1 star rating. Bull sh**t

please warm all chicken pieces of biryani next time…some were warm…some left frozen..,unlike ibis standards…
