30 items including a live counter, food tasted good. Service was good. cost is Rs. 589 for adults (including tax). It'll be good to have Baby chairs in good condition.

We went for dinner around 8:30. They claim à la carte will take more time and expects us to opt buffet. with buffet, food options were less, 4 veg and 4 non veg, not much over the counter options only 2 items. not enough space in the restaurant, wont suit for aged people to accompany family finally food quality - definitely they have to improve.

Very disappointing dinner experience at ibis hotel. There were hardly any dishes available, and the overall quality was extremely poor. For vegetarians, it was even worse — no live counters and very limited options. Only one dessert was provided, which is unacceptable for a proper dinner setup. The curd rice tasted bad, the soup was even worse, and there were no proper side dishes for plain white rice — not even basic accompaniments like pickle. There was no welcome drink or fresh juice, and not even ice cream was available. To make matters worse, no cutlery was provided at our table, and even tissue paper was missing. Overall, a very poorly managed and highly unsatisfactory dining experience. I did not expect this standard from ibis. Very disappointed.

They took over 1 hour to provide with the starters, it was good but extremely chilli. They didnt have Lemons, entire hotel was out of lemons i dont know how they managed that as a 4star but impressive . Soup came after starters. Service is absolutely trash like no kidding. Food was good so some saving grace there. The waiters have absolutely no clue what to do and how to do it.

The service was extremely disappointing—it took 30 minutes just to place a glass on the table. The food menu was very limited considering the high prices. I ordered a cold coffee, which arrived after 30 minutes and wasn’t even cold. They claimed they had no ice cubes and had to refrigerate it instead, which is just ridiculous. Overall, a complete waste of time and money.
