Akshayam. They have a dedicated parking space near the hotel. Parking 4* Reception 3* Service and hospitality 3* Ambience 3* Cleanliness and hygiene 3* Choice of menu 3* (around 4 PM) Taste and flavour 5* Quantity 3* Value for money 3* We went around 4 PM and menu was limited to only chappathi, parota, dosa, fried rice and Bonda. Mushroom fried rice was flavourful and yummy, but the quantity was less. Bonda - routine stuff. Service could have been better. Coffee was classical filter coffee, worth the sip.

service was pathetic. we went for lunch, the meals order to be served took more than 20 minutes and the desert was not served . when most of them had left, when the desert part was enquired, the response was so reluctant.

the food service could be improved. though the taste was good, food was not warm when served.

Clean utensils can be provided. The spoon was not washed and very unhygienic. Need to ponder if the food quality of making will be the same

they are under staffed most of the time and the staff force you to order everything at once, the ambience isn't great though.

worst experience I had for breakfast though it was Sunday they said to go up and as went up and there they said it closes up at 10. 30...and we were there at 10.20...they send down there we wait for 20 mins later they said we have oly dosa and poori we ordered coz no other way...we asked for Pongal they said over and served at next table in 2mins they now it's ready I don't find it will get ready in 2 mins....it seems like they sending out literally...and poori and is also worst...this everything within 11 o clock....

Had breakfast this morning 21/04/24 at a/c hall first floor. I informed that ac is not even working few times to supervisor he said this is max cooling since other side compressor not working. They are charging premium for a/c service when not working also. I complained to branch supervisor he is cooling saying that staff didn’t inform you. This happened in Anna Nagar. Branch soon VB signature will take over akysham with service.

LAZY STAFF's. Exploiting pre-paid customers. customers are at their mercy Water not served on the table. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY. BILLING STAFF HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE of availability, time taken to prepare & serve the dish. IDIOTS OF THE LATEST ORDER. The billed item parcel was not deliveted even after 40 minutes of paying

Sir I ordered today their best seller Kaima parotta 2& 1 normal parotta.. we received only one kaimma parotta.. tried calling no response.. taste of it was below normal and normal parotta one was fried , other one half cooked.. We were totally disappointed as it was good before .very very disappointed.

we visited the restaurant for dinner, one of the dishes we ordered was gobi 65, to our surprise the Gobi was not cleaned before frying it had WORMS in it. it was fried along with the worms. Worst hygiene in kitchen.
