Delivery review using a different app from Zomato, as it had a higher discount. Musk melon juice ₹137+packaging+tax: More foam, less juice North Indian meals ₹345+packaging+tax: Quantity very low Roti, sweet, gobi manchurian: Small but good Dal, papad, raw vegetables (salad): Good Pulao: Very very little Butter masala: No paneer at all! Biriyani: Good but no raita! Did not expect this from Sree Akshayam. I ordered in spite of ₹75 delivery charge, ₹17.58 platform charge, ₹24.10 packaging charge, ₹35.06 taxes, due to ₹150 off offer. But not at all worth ₹484 + delivery tips.

overly hyped place! Visited for dinner and from the moment we sat down till we left, the service sucked to the core. literally so many people working and we were the only ones on one half of the floor, yet no one even cared to serve water/menu card/ask what we even want. we have to call them everytime if we need something. The most weird thing was, all the workers club and stand at a place and they turn away from your table. so you literally have to wait for them to turn and then you call them for what you want. they have been doing the same as more and more customers started coming in and everyone was having same experience as us. Regarding the food, although it has a bid fancy regular menu and an evening specials, half the things on that list was unavailable and you have to literally pay the the waiters to make them open they mouth and speak. with whatever we ordered, the food was very average and nothing special. the plastic plates and bowls they use for serving, were stained and broken at some places. there are so many other good veg restaurants at a cheaper price where they even serve on a banana leaf. with such a big chain and ambience, they fail miserably to understand what is the key factor to run a restaurant - good service and good food. would highly not recommend this to anyone.

I had loved Akshayam when I ordered online and wanted to visit the place. But to my disappointment, the service really ruined it for me. While the food was good, I would never really recommend visiting this restaurant due to the poor service which would ruin your experience.

I ordered puttu and ragi dosa, but you delivered only dosa. Still, you charged me the full bill. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I paid the full amount but didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointing service!”

What kind of idiot puts so much pepper in single dosa. I got more than 20 pepper seeds in one dosa. The food is disgusting and felt like the restaurant didnt want me to come back again. Yuckkieee

I ordered a Kollu podi Idly, which is very bad, that was very dry I wasn't able to eat it, not fresh.
