The food was authentic, hot but took some time to arrive. we tried veg and non veg. all very good. i went with my Singaporean chinese friend who loved the food.

service was great, staff were helpful and responsive. the food was substandard for a 5 star hotel restaurant. cheung fun was cold and made with summer roll rice paper, dim sums were made with very thick wrappers, fried rice and stir fries were standard Indian Chinese restaurant fare

The food barely passed muster. Cauliflower Soup was sweet - a thick paste of mashed cauliflower. The sichuan chili chicken was just a hard breaded fried chicken with a smattering of peanuts and chilis on top. Rest of the food was not worth it. The very worst part was the service. We had to ask for chili sauce 4 times before it finally got to the table. 3rd time, had to walk up to the large group of waitresses standing around discussing something earnestly instead of serving people. The manager asked one of them to get the chilli sauce, she spent about 5 min prepping the bowls and then just left it on the counter instead of bringing it to the table. Then we asked again, by the time the soup was stone cold and the rest of the food came. It was an awful experience. Until they train those girls on customer service, and train their cooks to cook, it’s not worth frequenting.

Rude staff. Average food. Extremely poor service. Had to wait 15-20 minutes even for water to be served in an empty restaurant, despite multiple reminders. Staff is unruly, especially Mr. Rahul Bannerjee, who doesn't know how to deal with a customer. Wouldn't recommend, unless you want to spoil the evening with your loved ones.

The most horrible food I’ve ever had. Ordered their hianese chicken from their “special menu” they literally served some garlic fried rice with BOILED CHICKEN. no joke! BOILED CHICKEN! not even seasoned. Plus it wasn’t even cooked properly! My dog eats better food than that 😤

Service was very pathetic and every items were served very delayed and they even served chicken for pure vegetarian table which was informed earlier such service we didn't expect from hyatt regency - stix
