I have went yesterday 03/03/2024 and ordered 1 MB and Fish 65 in A11 table left window side view table. For Me served captain name is Deepankar. He is not at all listening what we saying, not given a proper response to me. I’ve asked what is signature dishes, his replies “nothing is here everything is over except biryani” He gives one word answer to us. They took 20 minutes for M.B and i asked to the same captain still how much time will took for just a M.B. He reply was terrific and head weight “sir so can we give in 10secs for you ?” Is this a proper response from him ? Sukkubhai alandur you have disappointed us. I’ll drop this comment in all your websites. I will give single star, anyway i give you two because I’m a regular customer in this and i had quite memories here. Thank You So Much.

Staff communication is not good in front reception. They think they are everything in this food world. Also they are not customer friendly beyond 10pm. The person who is in charge for packing in reception had some head weight to talking with customer. Saying no master beyond 9:30pm. Then I'm asking why you are opening hotel beyond your hours. Please shut it down beyond your time. Why you are welcomeing us. I think you can understand.. we are paying for your quality food not for w...... Please understand the situation.. kindly teach your staff how to communicate with customer.. it's only for your progress..

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The side dish food quantity was shockingly small, the customer service was completely disappointing, and to make it worse, part of my order was never delivered at all. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable.

Worst briyani ever they gave only 2 small liver pieces with raitha, kesari and bringal curry, no egg, taste was also not good, becoz of over hype we ordered 2 beef briyani, not satisfied ....

Went alone, made me share a table with some random stranger. If you're gonna charge restaurant price then you need to provide restaurant service. Raita was probably a teaspoon measurement.

I order porota they didn't mention without gravy. They did not provide gravy for my order. Disappointed with brand of sukkubhai briyani.

Had a parotta today at Sukku bhai small restaurant it is worst like hard stone
