If you’re looking to taste the authentic cuisine from the Middle East, this is the right destination. The property has flew the Chef Ahmed Bounaji from Morocco to deliver the best of the cuisine which he has meticulously prepared it to suit the Indian taste buds. Each and every process, be it with preparation of Hummus or Salads were done with perfection, some of which takes 2 hours to slow cook and prepare. We tasted few varieties of hummus with home made piths breads. Arabic mix grill and desserts were top class so as slow cooked lamb Ouzi style with Bukhari rice which is equivalent to our Biryani. Falafel and Stuffed Vine leaf’s cooked tomatoes, parsley with rice and Beetroot is also a must try dish. Thoroughly enjoyed eating each and every dish.

Souravh and his team Mr Shrihari ensured that we were treated well amidst the crowd providing supreme hospitality. As for the food, each and every food had its own unique flavour and taste.

First of all this is not exactly located in Roof Top as they mentioned. It is located on the 2nd floor only which is nearby swimming pool with minimal seatings. which means you can't see the city view. That is the first disappointment when you enter as expected. Second is only very very minimal dishes available in this spot menu. This location is only good for chit chat with some beer and BBQ/Grill sides with minimal light ambiance. Not for family. They don't have a Main course varieties. Even they having only one soup which is veg. Also we waited too long for those Ordered soup and Nonveg platter. As a family member's wedding anniversary we got totally disappointed by selecting this place and spent some money totally unworthy.

Very disappointed with the service. Even though there were very few people in the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for both the food and the bill. The staff was inattentive, and the waiter was rude and unprofessional. Even something as basic as serving water was poorly handled. Overall, a very bad experience — I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be visiting again.

Good ambience. Decent food. Limited items. Bad service: pointing 3 instances, all in one visit: 1. Ordered a drink - waited 15 mins for ice 2. Dinner order forgotten, we were informed after 45 mins that there was no dinner order from our table 3. Billing error-items from next table were in our bill. Absolutely unacceptable for a chain like Westin. No wonder the place was sparsely crowded on a Friday evening.

I made a reservation utilising the 50% off and westin called and asked us to pay 1500+ gst for just 90 minute unlimited kebab. Such a scam. He is like you can’t order from my regular menu sorry. Such a nonsense
