Very disappointing service experience at Ramada Egmore buffet We visited Ramada Egmore yesterday for the buffet through a Zomato booking, and unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with the service. When we entered, the staff first asked for our room number. We informed them that we had a Zomato reservation. After that, they guided us to our seats, which were comfortable. However, once we were seated, no one came to explain the buffet menu or assist us. We had to manage everything on our own, which was very disappointing. We started with soup, but when we looked for starters, there were no starters available at the buffet counter. We had to personally request the manager for starters. Only after repeated requests, one staff member brought a small quantity of chicken starter and veg momos for four people, which was insufficient. There was no proper follow-up or refill provided, and no staff member checked on us. We also ordered butter naan at our table, but it was never served even after waiting for more than 30 minutes. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and unorganized, which completely spoiled our dining experience. We felt very frustrated and disappointed with the poor service. Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking this buffet through Zomato.

Ok ish food , less variety & options but all tasted good , ice cream was not great at all No beverages at all except one chat masala drink , veg has more variety , ambience not great looks like average restaurant

Tarrif shown as 1800 for 2 persons but charged 2320 per person after getting 50% discount from District app I paid arround 1100 per person which is three time more than your sample bill amount.
