The food was very mid the french fries were nice but the baked chicken taco was not warm and flavours were dissapointing

The person taking orders is unresponsive for questions asked. not fully aware of menu items that was clearly displayed on the big TV. Being weekend food is prepared in hassle and hurry so cannot expect a good one

I ordered everything veg and specifically told them that my order is pure veg (i have never eaten non veg in my life it is my religious and personal choice to only eat vegetarian food) after a few bites me and my friend realised smtg is wrong with the food soo after having half our meal we took out the patties from our quesadillas and kept it on the tissue. After inquiring from the staff we find out those pices were chicken nuggets in our pure veg meal . Me and my friend are truly devastated and hurt from this very big mistake this has shattered my trust from taco bell and we have no words after this experience . The guilt of having non veg has shaken us up and we are not able to get over it . I just have one question from the taco bell team What do you have to say about this devastating experience which will forever hurt us ??

Other taco bell outlets are far better,the staffs are worse especially the reception,the people there are moving like sloths and doesn’t know how to communicate.Also most of the district offers are not applicable here.People come to tacobell for their free refil of pepsi,here they aren’t providing anythingg

No proper way to pay bill amount. Wrong bill was paid and they wont refund the extra amount paid too as it was paid in district. very unhappy with district and tge cashier vembu who messed up my order.
