Food was nice, the staff could be a little bit nicer. They explained everything but quite blunt? Not rude but blunt. And the AC dint seem to work. Everything else was nice.

During the 50% promotional offer provided by District/Zomato, all menu items are eligible for the discount except for combo and deal items. However, at the Taco Bell outlet located in Skyzone Mall, Arumbakkam, service was initially denied unless only “premium/indulgence” items were ordered to avail the offer. After prolonged discussions and repeated clarifications, I requested a written statement outlining these alleged conditions. Following this request, the staff agreed to apply the discounted price to all eligible menu items as per the actual offer terms. I would like to clearly state that this is not my first time ordering from Taco Bell. I have placed similar orders at multiple other Taco Bell outlets, where the same offer was applied correctly to all eligible menu items without any such restrictions. This issue appears to be specific to this particular outlet and its store management. The conduct of the store manager reflects a deliberate attempt to mislead customers into ordering higher-priced items under false pretenses, which constitutes unethical and deceptive business practice.

Worst dinner experience. there was this rude customers who mis behaved with us. we were with a 1 year old baby and they were misbehaving with the staff as well as all the guest. then when we raised this to the staff they threw food at us.

very scanty portion if tacos is giving offer it doesn't mean they have to reduce the portion and show attitude as if they are giving for free highly disappointing why should i use the app

People use same ingredients and same sauce for all types of items , they dont know difference between 235rs item and 100rs item, worst tacobell in ampa mall skywalk, not recommended
