the problem was that the dishes were served with such a delay that we even forgot what we ordered for. as per the employees the minimum serving time was 30min and it was even for soup. the quantity served was very little and pieces were also so small for the amount paid. Way more to improve among other competitors

Had a worst experience ever. Initially they said you can’t make payment via zomato app and insisted to pay directly. I explained them about my booking confirmation and amount which I paid to confirm booking. But hotel person is not ready to listen and also raised a voice which made me disappointed also it was embarrassing in front of guests. I said that the hotel person that you are behaving rude and totally this is cheating.. after some time hotel person came back stating, I will give you a discount but pls agree to pay directly which is totally ridiculous. Not only us even others faced the same issue and the crowd started screaming later in urge that asked to pay via app. And the pathetic part is food. They are not bothered to refill the food even after asking for 100 times. Totally a waste of money. Dont ever go or recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst ever experience and wasted 9k for that food.

I had visited Tepin Chilli for lunch with my family and had given my car for valet parking. They parked the car in the wrong location and I received a challan from the police for parking obstruction. When restaurants are offering valet parking, they should ensure that parking is done at the right places. I had to pay a fine of Rs.600 for a parking violation. If anyone is planning to visit this restaurant, please add this amount to your bill since you will be shelling it out !!

I booked for Buffet, only after reaching the restaurant we get to know that there is no buffet. They took too much time to issue the invoice. Poor service

After reading some good reviews and going through the menu, we headed to this restaurant. Upon arriving here, they said it's buffet and that they don't serve Ala Carte on weekends. Though they had some great dishes on their menu. The manager obliged and said he will have it made in 20 mins. So for starters, we ordered Murgh Malai Tikka and mains we ordered Chicken tikka masala with Garlic and butter Naan. The Murgh Malai Tikka with cheese tasted great and they brought it within 15 mins. The Tikka masala was made well with the pieces well cooked. Overall a nice experience. One can avail a pro discount of 20% via Zomato.
