Food was very nice and the service was very good. Inspite of being crowded all guests were very well taken care by staffs. Also food was served pretty quick too

Teh booking process was not up to the mark. We were made to sit outside & even response was booking team was not good. Items mentioned on the menu were not available. Sitting setup with candle was not possible too. Food was top.

Food and service was excellent. we were seated indoors on the first floor but the AC stopped working after sometime spoiling the experience and we were sweating terribly.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We had a confirmed reservation for 4 at 3:30 PM through District, separately confirmed by both District and the restaurant. We reached at 4:15 PM after travelling nearly 2 hours due to traffic. The receptionist refused to serve us, initially saying the kitchen was closed. This was not mentioned on District or Google, and the restaurant was shown as open throughout the day. She then changed the explanation and said we could have only desserts and beverages, despite our lunch reservation. Finally, she rudely told us to “come at 6.” I understand being late can be inconvenient, but the rudeness, changing explanations, and complete lack of any attempt to accommodate us were unacceptable. We were repeatedly blamed despite having a confirmed reservation. This was supposed to be a special family occasion, but the experience was completely ruined. Terrible service. Would not recommend this place.

The bar menu says Long Island Iced Tea is imported liquor but they use domestic vodka and rum which is not correct and when asked why is it so , they say it is like this only . At the end the waiter came and said you are taking too much time as it was their closing time. I understand but they should give me 5 or 10 minutes to finish the food on my plate. Those words were not correct. Completely disappointed
