The ambience is great...inside outside both,good vibes. Starters are great I tried asian starters it's quantity was good, but with pasta spaghetti the quantity I felt was less w.r.t price but the taste was great

I am a native of Pondicherry, this place gives me the same laid back beach wibes. good food and fabulous cocktails at a reasonable price. Great view and ambience. best in the City!

Awesome view...dont see a lift for differently abled to reach 1st floor...u have in the ground floor though. book the table before hand.

Food was superb. Service not the best. Our 1st order was taken quickly, but for our next 2 orders, tge waiters took their time to come to our table after calling them multiple times. Their pizza, chicken tikka and tiramisu is superb.

The food was decent but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the staff behavior was disappointing as they were quite rude and unwelcoming, especially the manager, who came across as very mean. That said, the view is absolutely beautiful and is the main reason one might consider visiting this place. It’s worth going just for the view, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I had made a booking though Zomato for 8 people. We had placed the booking for 7 PM. We arrived at 6.30 ish and went up to the front desk to inform of our arrival. The attitude of the staff at the front desk is very condescending and rude. Having arrived with family, I did not let it bother me. I politely asked them to be seated downstairs in the enclosed space, fearing mosquitoes if seated in the open space upstairs. The staff at the front were reluctant to let me take the seating inside saying we have kids and insisted on us taking the upstairs seats. A point to note, is that they were very off hand during this interaction almost as if they are running a military base where guests are only allowed to sit based on the whim of the staff at the front desk. But I politely asked them again and again and after an eternity they let us in. Hardly we were seated in our seats, when one of the members in our group wanted to check the ambience of the upstairs seating and found it’s a lot better. So we asked whether we could be moved upstairs. This is where the trouble started. There is no clear policy or assignment of seats at booking time. The front end staff (a young lady who is not fit for this job) was steadfast in not allowing us to change tables. The way she went about it was down right rude. She simply stated an another party arrived and they had requested the upstairs seat that could accommodate a large group. I told her specifically that it’s not an issue, and they can go ahead, but requested that our group be moved to ANY of the other empty tables upstairs. She bluntly refused citing that once a table is assigned randomly to us during booking which they don’t communicate, they cannot change it no matter what. This was ridiculous customer service and was downright disgusting. I immediately asked for the manager and his demeanour would make you think that he was the chief minister of the state. Both these absolute tools, made sure to spoil our dinner, and turn a very simple request by a customer into a big deal. Both these folks definitely judge you based on how you dress, what car you arrive in and are outright racist. These two staffs will force you and your party to sit in pre assigned seats with out communicating that this is a norm, and that is absurd given the rates they are charging. Any one booking through any platform kindly ensure whether your tables are down stairs or up stairs and whether you will get good seats as you prefer on arrival. There is still a chance you will be treated like a beggar who is asking for free food. These two staffs are apathetic and a complete waste of time to deal with. I wish Mr. Ram Mohan who owns this place takes notice of this and makes sure the staff can be taught basic customer etiquette’s, if he genuinely cares about this place. I ended up just leaving the restaurant and contacting Zomato help to report them and went to a near by restaurant.
