Food and ambience is amazing. Getting a table inside is hard. Open terrace dining is great for dinner but the heat is unbeatable even with all the precautions the restaurant takes. Great place with great food!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially since I chose it to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we entered, there was a clear difference in how guests were treated. While other customers were warmly greeted and guided to their tables, we were completely ignored. There was no welcome, no assistance, and no direction we had to stand around, look for a table ourselves, and then ask for help. The service did not improve after that. Table service was slow and inattentive, and overall the staff from the receptionist to the serversseemed uninterested and unprofessional. Although lack of beach access was not a major concern, the poor hospitality and treatment overshadowed everything else. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, as no guest should feel neglected or unwelcome. #Treat Equally

Extremely disappointing experience at Beach Terrace. The staff here seem completely indifferent. The moment I walked in, I was informed it was a dry day which was absolutely fine. However, I was then told that the indoor AC seating was closed because of the dry day. That makes no sense. Just because alcohol isn’t being served doesn’t mean you shut down indoor seating, especially when it’s 35°C in Chennai. Reluctantly, we agreed to sit outside and asked for a table for two. The staff casually told us to “sit anywhere.” We pointed to a table and requested it be cleaned. The staff member acknowledged it, but then sat idle for over five minutes without doing anything. Only after we got up and left did he finally clean the table. If you’re unwilling to serve customers properly, it would be better to not keep the place open at all. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

The place was quite noisy due to nearby events, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful dining experience. The food quality was below expectations and not cooked properly. Overall, it doesn’t justify the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The ambience is nice. Horrible food for the price. You need to pay 4000 to get the corner seat with AC. They cannot provide proper ventilation for other paying customers. Horrible pizza, there was no non-veg pizza as well. Horrible paneer.

food is very bad ... we are suffering from stomach pain.. and nausea . the chicken used in pizza is very hard and not looks fresh .. so please maintain your reputation.

The food was deep-fried and terrible, so we couldn’t even finish it and left halfway through. The ambience was good but the food fell short of expectations.
