Fab ambience... it's well set up... friendly staff Food was good too. drop the orange color in kunafa though... taste was 🙌🏾 shout out to the bartenders! Service with a smile ...nice drinks!!

Great aesthetic but the rush hour during weekends makes for poor staffing…slightly pricy but tasty food…they have multiple kids friendly play stuff as well which was a huge plus

*Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Management, No Coordination & Terrible Service!* We had a really bad experience at Beach Terrace today. We made a reservation through Zomato and visited the restaurant expecting a smooth dining experience. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, despite having a confirmed reservation, there was absolutely no proper coordination or communication from the restaurant. When we arrived and informed the staff about our booking, we were told to wait another **30–40 minutes**. If customers are required to wait just like walk-in visitors despite having a confirmed reservation, what is the purpose of accepting reservations in the first place? After waiting for around 20–25 minutes, we were finally given a table. But the poor service didn't end there. Nobody came to provide us with a menu card, and we had to wait another 20 minutes just for someone to approach us and ask whether we wanted to order. There was practically no attention from the service staff. What disappointed us even more was the attitude and response of the staff. Instead of properly addressing our concerns, we were casually told to walk around and take pictures while waiting. Not everyone visits a restaurant just to take Instagram-worthy pictures or enjoy the ambience. Some customers genuinely come for the food, dining experience and quality service. If your restaurant is primarily focused on photography, ambience and social media hype, please communicate that clearly. But if you are promoting yourselves as a dining destination, basic hospitality, reservation management and customer service should be your priority. **My honest suggestion to customers:** - If you are visiting just for pictures and ambience and don't mind waiting 30–40 minutes, you may consider this place. - But if you are genuinely looking for a good food experience, proper reservation management and attentive service, I would not recommend it. A restaurant is not just about a beautiful location, attractive photos or a hyped-up name. It is about how customers are welcomed, respected and served. Unfortunately, Beach Terrace failed in all these aspects today. We left with complete disappointment and have no intention of visiting again. *Overhyped place, poor coordination and extremely disappointing customer service!*
