Ambience was very good. Food were tasty especially the vietnamese cold coffee was top notch. Very good place to hang out with friends. They have a range of games from kids to adults to play and enjoy in parallel to the food . Valet parking available

the penne pasta was over boiled and broken. the portion was less. pricey for the food quality and quantity but only for the thematic ambience. service was average no serving suggestions or dessert suggestions. the place is simply over hyped

Soup, wrap and drinks were excellent. The flour mix had too much maida and so both flour based dishes (melt and pizza) was too rich and took a long time to digest. All dishes are fairly expensive.

Food was little bland, not a quick service. Tiramisu was great and Mac n cheese. The chef special was actually not that special. Ambience was nice

The food and drinks were tasteless and it was not good to consume, the only good thing about the cafe was the aesthetic atmosphere it provides. Too expensive also for the quantity of the food.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a Nashville chicken donut burger & pulled pork sandwich. The pork was ice cold and uncooked. Like the chef forgot to cook it after pulling it out of freezer. The chicken in the burger was old. The donut bun was sour & spoilt. When pointed out, the chef said “it’s sourdough donut”. I returned both items, yet was asked to pay. Me & my partner both have food poisoning now. Thanks Bistrograph for your poisonous food & terrible customer service. And thanks for making me pay for an unedible dish, which I returned, that made me sick :)
