Went there recently with my friends. I had booked a slot for 4 pm but because of traffic we arrived a bit late and they gave away our table to another customer. I don’t blame them for that but as compensation they had given us a table outside as all the tables inside was full. We waited for 30 minutes at our table and not a single person came to us to give us a board game. We kept going to the reception to ask for a person to help us out. They just kept saying 5 mins. In the end we left board room without playing anything. This is not my first experience in a board room. Board room Mylapore was way more accommodative to people. If you really want to go to a board room I would suggest go to the mylapore branch.
