What an absolute gem of a place! The garden setup is stunning, beautifully maintained, and creates a peaceful, almost hidden-getaway kind of vibe. The outdoor seating is definitely where the experience shines, especially during the rainy season when the greenery and atmosphere become even more beautiful. Food-wise, the pasta was perfectly done, the coffee was excellent, and the dessert was a great way to end the meal. Every element of the experience felt comforting and enjoyable. The service was decent; the staff seemed a little busy during my visit, but they were still courteous and helpful. This is the kind of place I’d recommend for a laid-back evening, a catch-up with friends, a solo coffee break, or simply when you need a midweek escape from a hectic schedule. Loved the ambiance, loved the food, and loved the overall experience. Would definitely be back again!

it's quite a happening place now. situated right in the middle of a bustling area. and this may just be place where you take a breather. met a colleague there. we had coffee and their lemon tea cake, which was just about perfect.

Brew room used to be our go to for very long time. The food is decent and they have good quality coffee. Undoubtedly great ambiance. The prices have shot up which is understandable but the portion sizes have reduced for some dishes which is not acceptable.

We went around 9:30 pm so the cheesecake didn’t really feel like it was freshly baked . Wish their menu had tiramisu as this place is well known for coffee . We also had biscoff latte which tasted good. the ambience is so cozy

Positives: the ambience and "vibe" checks out. beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Could improve: For the pricing, what we ordered didn't match the price point. Soufflee omlette with 3 cheese was a bit disappointing as i was hoping a cheesy omlette but got one which was sprinkled with cheese shreds. English breakfast had a massive bowl of beans which was quiet unexpected. The bacon was a bit sad. However the poached eggs was spot on! Overall it's a mixed feeling but unfortunately would not be coming back anytime soon. what we ordered: English breakfast, souffle 3 cheese omlette, chocolate chip pancakes, Irish coffee and cappuccino.

Brew room used to be one of my absolutely favourite spots. While their coffees are still top notch, the other food items on the menu have become disappointing. Ordered a ham and cheese croissant sandwich only to discover that the croissant was no croissant at lol, but just a very cheap ready made bun. It was absolutely unappetizing. Given the fact that the city has so many wonderful options emerging serving excellent food at the same price point, I feel like they seriously need to improve with regard to food. Service can also be improved, it’s definitely not what it used to be.

Had an horrible experience in brew room. They’ve made a guy stand near the washroom all the time and he’s looking at you weirdly everytime you go in and come out. Women felt totally uncomfortable. Also took a lot of time to take the order and two people walked out of the cafe because they waited for a long time and no one didn’t come to take the order for them. The food was also not that great for the price it has. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
