Had a wonderful dining experience at The Brick Oven Restaurant! The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive, courteous, and always willing to help. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a great variety of delicious dishes with plenty of options to suit everyone's taste. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a special occasion. What truly made our visit memorable was the team's thoughtful gesture of accommodating my request while booking the table and making our day extra special by surprising us with an anniversary cake. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and for creating such a memorable celebration. Highly recommended!

" *Below-average experience at The Brick Oven, Accord* " We visited The Brick Oven at Accord today, and unfortunately, our overall experience was below average. The food was okay, but the starter options were quite limited. The biggest issue we faced was the "delay in serving the food". We had to wait around "15 minutes for the starters", and when we asked for a refill, it took another "20 minutes". We also ordered a pizza, but it was not served even before we had finished our main course. We had to seek the chef’s help to finally get it served. Because of these delays, we didn’t have enough time to properly finish our main course and dessert, as the restaurant was already nearing closing time. The one positive part of our experience was "Chef Surya", who was very caring, polite, and helpful. He genuinely tried to assist us and make sure we received the pizza. Overall, the food was okay, but the "service delays significantly affected our dining experience". Hopefully, the restaura

I had planned to go to brickoven with family of 4 next month..so wanted to try it alone before that. I was not impressed with the food and service. The starters were nowhere near the standard of a star hotel restaurant. Pls try starters from other buffet restaurants like Roast&Grill or Sigree...They have a good spread for starters with amazing taste and most importantly served hot....at brickoven chicken kebab was good, but the rest of the starters do not deserve any mention. the mutton gravy was good. Desserts were ok. but the first impression after the starters were served was not good. Have a lot of great buffet restaurants in Chennai at this price point and at an even lesser price. pls look for those restaurants. It was very kind that the sous chef came to me and apologized for the starters. But the overall experience was still not very good for me.

Very bad experience. We booked a table for five for lunch through the District app. However, when it was time to pay, the staff told us the app's discount wouldn't work. They claimed the offer had been canceled on the app and was only valid for the buffet. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
