Nice place their weekend gets packed here and the concept of pay 2000 for unlimited is for both men and women and there is no stag entry which doesn’t effect a fellowship inside . Their curry leaf fish fry and fish and chips was amazing to the core and must try their Samosas. Service is good but when packed still they give you the best

The best place to chill on a Saturday night. And when you’re here ask for LUN. You can never meet anyone better than her. She is very attentive to everyone’s needs and very professional. Thank you for always making my Saturday night fabulous 🙂

Went here on a Saturday night to chill with a bunch of friends. We all enjoyed thoroughly! They have a weekend offer where one has to pay Rs. 2000 for unlimited liquor starting from 10pm. The best part is, while not all spirits are part of this offer, the spirits that they serve are not the usual cheap ones. They have brands like Chivas, Jacob's Creek, Absolut etc on offer, which is great. As expected the place is fully packed on a Saturday night and if you're lucky you might bump into some of Chennai's famous people here. It's a super classy and elegant place so the crowd it attracts is very decent even on weekends. They are very strict with entry. Men and women both need to pay the 2000 for entry and stag entry is not allowed. I only had one complaint that, when we asked for a table(that we had reserved much earlier) they took too long to respond and point us to our table. We had already finished our first round of drinks by the time they seated us. This was a little bit of a bummer. The music was great throughout. Initially it's quieter but as the crowd starts pouring in, it gets louder and more groovy. We had lots of fun dancing all night. All in all, definitely recommend this place for those who want a good night out with friends and want their money's worth of liquor.

It's a very pretty place with such a classy ambience. On weekends it gets pretty crowded it's fun but sometimes a little overwhelming when there is absolutely no place to move! Itll be awesome when you stop entry when you know it's time people might have to walk over people! But otherwise their unlimited offer is the highlight! Imagine 2k for any booze (just to be clear, I'm not much of a drinker)! So where would y'all be partying this weekend?

That 3 star is only for the wonderful time I had with my family last night. The food on the other hand deserves no star. We ordered the mushroom and chicken dim sum, both were mediocre at best. The curry leaf fish fry I make at home looks and tastes better than what we got. the fish and chips came with no tartare sauce and when I asked for it, I was given mayonnaise. Since I was in a good mood, I went up to a lady working there and asked again but nothing turned up. The odd looking samosas did taste good but again, no dips/chutneys. I mean you’re at ITC “Grand” Chola and I know for a fact that the other restaurants there serve brilliant food so why was it so bad here? Do people just assume that since the guests are drinking they won’t notice the lack of presentation or dips and sides? The whole point of paying 550++ for 4 mini samosas is for the experience and a tiny shop across the corner of the street would’ve done it. And to top it all off, we asked the server for the bill so we could leave and he gave us the bill for a round of shots that we had ordered. When we asked for the food bill, he said there was nothing else pending. It made sense to us because the food was so disappointing, we assumed it was probably part of the package and that’s why it lacked presentation, taste and dips. We spent another hour there and then left. After I got home I got a call at half past 3 saying the food wasn’t paid for and the guy would come home to pick up the cash. Was he going to bring the edc machine over as well? Anyways since we didn’t want to look like freeloaders, we went this morning to pay our share. We waited a good 20-25 mins and nobody showed up/helped. We gave our number and left. Let’s see if this review gets their attention. Please do remember this, intoxicated or not, some people are enthusiastic about food and do notice when it’s below average at a star hotel. If I wanted a crappy meal, I could drink at home and order food from a small joint. And honestly I’d rather starve than eat food that lacks passion.

Was served the most flat bubbly in the whole wide world. I drank 4 flutes of barely-sparkling water and paid 17 grand! And not to forget the flutes weren’t chilled and had stains on them. We had to ASK for clean and chilled flutes! I thought your staff should have known better.

Went during a weekend and the manager Rohit was extremely rude. Asked us to pay 2000 at 2am and said will extend the offer until 2.30am but gave us our first drink at 2.20am. Upon speaking to him he treated us as if we are freeloaders. Did not have a good experience

Staff were in a bad mood didn’t want to work. Manager Sunny acted as a ticket collector and was only focused on billing at the time of entry and didn’t want to deal with anything else. Not coming back until staff change their attitude towards customers.

Everything was good except manager sunny. He was treating everyone like an outsider when every one was paying for their drinks.
