We had booked a table through Zomato Gold for a Sunday dinner. Food was delicious and piping hot. Didn't have to wait for any dish. The air conditioning could be better though. Washrooms were clean and hygienic. The staff were very courteous. Right from valet parking to serving at the table, they were professional yet friendly. Special mention to Mr Sameer who had been serving us with utmost care and went that extra mile to treating us with a complimentary dessert on his behalf. Now that's what we call customer delight! We had a pleasant experience overall.

Food was okay But it took almost 45 minutes for them to supply what we ordered on a Sunday 230 pm. Certain dishes were very salty. Portions are okay Ambience was alright. Overall satisfied

The ambiance is great, food quality in-terms of taste and texture and quantity atleast for the ala-carte items should be revisited, experienced high waiting time on orders. There is scope for learning and improvement of the restaurant staff service.

It was good ambience and excellent seating arrangements. We opted buffet but variety was limited nos. Some of the dish are empty, Deserts & juice were not readily available. Service was awesome & professional.

Ideally, this place doesn’t deserve the two start rating, but since the food was partially good adding the stars. The dal makhani and naan was surprisingly good. The service and staff require a SERIOUS upgrade. There were only 2-3 tables occupied in the complete restaurant. Our order was taken promptly once we reach. First - this place doesn’t have a liquor license yet so we missed ordering some beers which we really wanted on a hot Sunday afternoon. Second - we ordered 4 fresh lime sodas/waters. These took 35 minutes to be delivered to the table for reasons unknown. Third - now it was time to wait for the main course. This took another 20 mins and there were literally no explanations given by the staff who all seemed to be trainees. There was no team lead/manager present. Fourth - the washroom space. There is one tiny stall located to the right side of the restaurant. It can fit one person. Public washrooms at railway stations are more hygienic nowadays. The hotel needs a serious revamp and hope that Marriott standards will someday be implemented. A sincere request to the head of F&B to up their game. An empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon is anyway not a good sign. But poor service is no excuse for a four points. The other four points at ECR is poles apart. Wishing the team the best!

The service in this place is ABYSMAL. We ordered noodles and after waiting for 45 mins on a sunday afternoon they served us rice - saying they had a “miscommunication” after 2 people separately came and took our order. We ordered three fresh lime sodas - even that was confused. Even a roadside teashop gives better service than this - probably because there the livelihood of the workers depends on the quality of service. Here customers come trusting the name of sheraton only to be cheated by you people. They served only two members on the table and i was forced to enter the kitchen to ask them to bring the third bowl of food and serve the third person. PATHETIC is the only word i can think of for this restaurant. Thanks for ruining a mothers day lunch. I sincerely request you people to SHUT DOWN your restaurant and STOP TORTURING CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Brace yourself for slow service. If you are hungry and not the buffet person, you have to give them the choice of patience, if Tandoori Roti and items interest you, places across the street from the House of Punjab are better choice. Thank you chef for being the hunger striker who prefers to fill stomachs with patience rather than the magic of food from thy hands. Zzzzz.. Cheers

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was extremely spicy to the point that it was difficult to enjoy. On top of that, the customer service was very poor...the staff were inattentive and not helpful at all. I’m giving this place one star only because there’s no option to give zero.
