Food was good, and what I was expecting. You can find more Western European style tastes here, a refreshing break from Chennai's spice-laden cuisine. But the environment was absolutely abysmal. Music being played far too loudly and mid service.

This place is all style, minimal substance. Visited over the weekend for a birthday dinner. While the ambience was appealing and noise levels low, the service was far from 5-star standard. We were a group of four, but most starters came with just three pieces per plate. An important matter the staff failed to flag when we ordered. This issue came up with the galouti kebab and again with the soup dumplings. To make things worse, the dumplings had no soup inside, nor were they served with appropriate spoons. When we asked for one extra dumpling to make it four, a full additional plate was brought out and charged. The worst part was the poached pear dessert. A foam canister exploded across the table, splattering me from head to waist and ruining my shirt. All I received was a millisecond short “sorry” mid-smile and a napkin. No manager checked on us or offered a proper apology. Service was slow between courses, a problem affecting other tables too, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. We were so disappointed, we left without ordering mains. It’s now clear why this restaurant is big on Instagram but not in real-life conversation. When I shared the experience at work the next day, several colleagues said they’d had similarly poor experiences. Safe to say, none of us will be returning. And we’ll actively steer others away too. Thankfully, our friendship is strong enough to have survived this underwhelming experience. Otherwise our evening would have turned out sour like the poached pear we got.

we went there for women's day lunch buffet. the staff completely ghosted us after giving us a table. we had to keep searching for the staff to get our seated buffet items. it wasn't like they were flooded with customers. there were just 3 more tables occupied in the first floor along with ours. we had to repeatedly ask for our food. when questioned about the delay, the waitress said they were understaffed. but we did find them simply loitering around. a simple 1 hr meal got extended to 3 hrs and certain food items never got served till the end. the highlight was we had to wait for 10 min for the bill! pathetic service. you go to park Hyatt for their name and fame and the royal experience but yesterday's lunch left a sour taste in us. would never go back here and wouldn't recommend anyone to trust them with giving a great experience either.

Used to be one of the best places for brunch.. went there for a brunch after a longtime.. was utterly disappointed Food is good.. but wat is the point of food being good if the service is horrible.. everything u order takes atleast 45 mins to be served.. it is just horrible.. jus imagine u need to wait fod half an hour to get ur cutlery and 25 mins for the bill Dont expect this service..

Very poor service moreover while giving the bill we were informed about the offer not included for the liquor bill which was never mentioned in the terms and conditions and even while giving the menu card or placing the order pls pls don’t visit this restaurant worst experience in my life very poor management

It was never mentioned that 15% off is only applicable in food menu and not in drinks menu, it was informed to us only at the time of paying the bill, the happy hours offer was also removed which was 50% on drinks bill and finally arguing for very long time they gave the 15% off on whole bill
