​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience! ​We visited kebab factory Restaurant at Radisson Blu, Egmore today (21st June) with my family and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious—almost every single item we served (Buffet) was incredibly tasty and well-prepared. ​Beyond the food, the staff members were exceptionally kind, attentive, and courteous throughout our meal. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. Highly recommended for great food and hospitality

Great food. The mutton galouti is a must have. Every dish was made with great love and care and it showed. Chef Ghanim Bin Harate was exceptionally warm and made us feel comfortable. Among the servers, Rakesh was very sweet. Miss Priya a trainee who served us was very polite. She paid extra attention to the baby with us and made us feel extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family outing and good vibes

The ambience of the resturant is not upto mark, and not bustling with visitors. The overall kebab quality is good and food too. Serving RO Water not bottled and customised for hotels own use. Staff is courteous and good. But after all it is not worth of money

The overall dining experience was disappointing because of the service. I had booked the 2:45 PM slot, which was the last lunch slot of the day. From the beginning, it felt like the staff were rushing through the service and didn’t give us enough time to enjoy our meal. Around 4:00 PM, they switched off the air conditioning, and one of the serving staff told us, “We want to close the restaurant.” The whole point of booking a fine dining experience is to relax and enjoy, not to be rushed out despite paying nearly ₹10,000 for a meal. If the restaurant intends to close by 4:00–4:30 PM, they shouldn’t offer a 2:45 PM lunch slot. It’s unrealistic to expect guests to finish a fine dining unlimited buffet within just an hour. The waitress, Ms. Kusum, seemed completely uninterested in serving us. Whenever we asked for a refill of the starters, she simply said the tandoor was over and that no more refills were available. I found this very disappointing because it was an unlimited buffet. How can refills of the starters be denied by saying the tandoor is over when unlimited refills are part of the dining experience that guests have paid for? She also appeared visibly annoyed when I politely asked her to wait for five minutes before changing our plates, which made us feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, the kulfi, which was part of the buffet, was never served to us. We had to remind the staff before they finally brought it. By then, it seemed their focus had shifted to clearing tables and preparing for the dinner service rather than ensuring that lunch guests received the complete dining experience they had paid for. The food itself was truly good, but the rushed service and lack of hospitality from one of the staff members significantly affected what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable fine dining experience.

6 of us went for lunch for kebab factory. menu was not great, quality of butter milk was oily. kebabs quality for mediocre like any other local restaurants. not like 5 star. biryani was pathetic dry no flavor or spices aroma. desserts we're down market. be it gulab jamoon or beet root halwa, some kheer would rate below average. we spent 17000 after a discount as well. no value for money. service person did not have courtesy to apologise after hitting my head with the salver while removing the plates from standing behind me. no value for money. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. this will be the last time that I visit kebab factory.

no varieties.raddison blu near airport has good varieties of buffet.we thought it will be the same.totally disappointed.very bad menu.vegetarian taste was moderate.its called buffet but on the table they r serving everything due to their place constraint.bad bad
