The food was amazing. I got plenty of Vegan options as well. Subhash, Chandana, Daman and Dayanidhi gave us amazing service.

Excellent Ambience. We enjoyed the starters & especially the litchi stuffed with nuts, Gulati kebab. We appreciated the Chef Noor Alam. Every dish was explained & we enjoyed it. But in Main-course Service was too slow & sluggish. We were to wait with empty plates. No sufficient replishnents. We had a few Main course dishes & desserts like cakes on tray, Paan not served to us. no basic checks on water, tissues, even finger bowl which we had to do multiple asks. the staffs were in rush. It’s my second visit, brought my family on a special day for experience but Somehow this left us with an incomplete feel.

the food is overpriced. the service level was okay but not befitting the premium experience we expect. we had to repeatedly remind for serving water. Food service was also delayed despite the restaurant being not very crowded

the food was great but the service time is too long overall. over the last 2 years the wait time inbetween courses has increased rather than reduce. the taste is awesome.

Pathetic experience! I have been to so many GRT/Radisson hotels across India, and I’d sadly say that this kebab factory is the worst one I’ve been to. We went as a group of 12, the service was horrible
