So, it was past 1.30 AM when my hunger pangs crept in. Was in no mood for delivery so stepped out and stepped in at that time to this place. They have a simple menu with fancy dishes, The Madras Mazzeh. Veg Maggi Goreng - A thin Indonesian noodle (Mie Goreng) with wicked taste, kick and savour all around. It had extraordinary spice level with a hot and sweet dip. Chicken 555 - Boneless small bites of chicken with a Mayo side. Was crispy and well mixed with all their secret spices. A Must try for newcomers. Mutton Kola Shawarma – A basic roll with juicy sauce and low-spiced meat; felt tepid on the whole. Erode Paal Payasam – Typical TN style semolina payasam; had few nuts and with the milk it was good. So, basically, this is a place for quick bites and might be cramped up for a room for people in groups. Only a plank setting for dine-in rather than tables. Speaking about price, this place might make people wonder WOHHHH; can definitely improve their Food Quantity:Price ratio since only Quality:Price is reasonable. Typical off-street parking but no troubles for nightcrawlers like me.

They have two outlets, one in Bessy and other in Anna Nagar. The Besant Nagar is a small eatery and has couple of chairs and live view to the kitchen.. The Anna Nagar branch is a bigger place.. A late night eatery which is a majorly delivery oriented one. . The Food: Ordered a Mutton Biriyani, Chicken 555, and a Chicken Shawarma. .  Chicken 555- was a little extra spicy. Thin Strips Dry Chicken starters which went well with the mutton biriyani ordered .  The Mutton Biriyani was well cooked and tasted really well with nice mix of the spices. . The Chicken shawarma tasted nice even though it was a little less spicy. The service here is also good, they get it done as soon as the order is made. (doesnt take more than 5-10mins). . Food - 4/5 Ambience - 4/5 Price - 4/5 Service - 4/5Overall - 4/5  So if you are loooking out for curd rice or chicken shawarma at around 3:00am in the morning, then this is the place you must head to..

Actually a nice small joint for our midnight cravings. No complaints whatsoever. Good food, decent pricing for late nights and located near Besant Nagar. Small place for a crowd of 4-6. Customizable food.

Veg Maggi gorenky was too good!!! I loved it! It’s worth trying and try to go in the midnight with friends it’ll be fun!! Place is very small, like more than 6-8 people can’t fit in

Location and Ambience : Need a place to go for satisfying your midnight cravings? The mama shop stays open till 4 in the morning! It is located on the Adyar-Besant nagar road,on the first floor of a roadside building. It is quite a small place with a maximum seating capacity of 6! The walls are filled with cartoons and Graffiti.They have an open kitchen(glass in between) and hence let's us observe the cooks. The food : The menu had a mix of Chinese and local dishes(mazzeh : Meaning small eats!) We tried out : The Maggi Goreng - It was pretty good. Similar to a chicken Noddles but with a variety of flavours. The Chicken Shawarma and the Mutton Kola shawarma- The kubus was very hard and the flavouring felt too local,especially with peanuts .Being a shawarma fan, the ones here were quite a let down. The Spanish Omelette - The Omelette was good, but it was mixed with too much salad veggies, the taste of the Omelette kinda got mixed. The Reshmi Chicken kebab - The kebab was served in Egg froth and the combo was pretty good! Mixed with the froth, the kebab was probably the best dish we ordered from here. The Chicken 555 - Didn't get the reason for it's name, but the dish was good. A differently spiced chicken ! Spicy and tasty. The place also serves mocktails in a bucket and also sells cigarettes for the MRP rates. If you are in the mood for some late night snacking, The Mama shop is the one of the places you could give a try. Maybe not a dine in , but they do deliver, so not an issue anyway. A Mid night eatery , mostly a delivery oriented one. Though they have a couple chairs and a ledge to sit down and eat. On the first floor of a buliding , its easy to miss. Went for a Bday celebration , considering the very small space, quantity and quality compared to the price , its a bit of a let down. The best of the dishes ordered was the The reshmi chicken kebab- served in egg froat was the best! The maggi Goreng- A good burst of flavours Chicken 555 was also pretty good The spanish omlette was pretty much average The shawarmas were a disappointment Maybe if u are out at night and in need of some food try it out!

This is my third midnight visit. Good food and drinks. Higher on the price side but acceptable. I don’t want to go deeply. As a live kitchen must concentrate on the hygiene side. Do not use bare hands. Rest everything was fine

One of the hyped up midnight restaurant in the city. What i ordered: Spicy Mexican shawarma Veg Maggi Egg maggi The shawarma was okay and i would tell it wasn't worth the price. Even though the filling was good the pita bread disappointed me to the core. Both veg Maggi and egg maggi tasted the same to me. And the maggi was bit undercooked. I only had these three dishes over there which kind of dissapointed me . There might be other dishes which i missed to taste which would taste good. So not judging the place as a whole. SERVICE: 5/10(took a while to serve) FOOD: 6/10 AMBIENCE: 6/10

I'm suggesting to increase your quantity level.because I received shawarma which is too less quantity. But taste is not bad.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
