The food quality could be improved, and the variety of the spread felt somewhat limited compared to similar experiences in Bangalore, especially considering the price. The staff were reasonably courteous, though there is room to enhance the overall guest experience. At times, certain interactions gave the impression that guests may not have been treated equally. It would be beneficial to provide additional staff training to ensure consistent, warm, and impartial service for everyone. With improvements in food variety, value for money, and customer service, the overall experience could be much more satisfying.

very bad..and unprofessional.. doesn't reflect the Sheraton experience..asked for a small birthday cake to celebrate the occasion..they made us to wait and create a fuss..the team manager and the team manager has to be educated on customer experience..now Sheraton has become like a small waySide joint..

Worst dining ever. Food was cold, tasteless - completely stale and very limited lunch buffet dishes.. Service is pathetic. Staff are rude, arrogant and have zero manners. We waited forever and they didn't care. Unclean tables, overpriced menu, worst hospitality. Save your money and go anywhere else.

The food was cold and not tasty, specially the starters and the cream of chicken soup tasted like oats. I have no words to tell how horrible the buffet was and they charged us with weekend rates eventhough we came on a weekday. Think twice before choosing.
