This wasn't our first visit to reef, but everytime we go it always delivers. The food at the buffet spread is delicious, fresh and offers a great amount of variety. The staff is courteous and professional as well to top it off!

The food was good. The Indian and deserts are top calls. Great service by Rahman, Auro and Rongmit. Go for the brunch on Sunday, totally worthwhile.

1.Food - Chicken starters are very less. Only 1 chicken starter item is available, and it was served too cold. After complaining, it was replaced with a fresh one. Monitoring has to be improved, and cold/bad items should be removed immediately. 2.Severe confusion in handling walk-ins, reservations made through District or other apps, and guests staying in the same resort. They allowed every walk-in without giving importance to reserved bookings. I had booked my table for 8:00 PM but got it only around 8:50 PM. Poor management. 3.There is no sufficient place for people waiting for their tables. 4.It was my son's birthday, and I had informed them about the cake cutting. Unfortunately, it was completely ignored, which was very disappointing.

I booked for brunch at the Reef. I ordered at live counter grill service multiple times, but no dishes received at Table. No juices offered as well.
