Harka was a delight to be around, would go there again just because how beautiful the customer service is. It’s as though these people actually care about customer satisfaction, overall lovely place. If you’re reading this review you might as well just go and experience for yourself the courtesy and amazing food the place offers

Food was good, the butter chicken toast and butter garlic prawns were our favorite. Chocolate croissant was a 10/10, aglio olio pasta was mediocre, could be better. Service can be improved, people at the counter could try to be move attentive to listen what we actually ordering.

Here's my objective review: 1. We have to order downstairs first without air conditioning b4 getting seated. 2. Our table was provided right outside the toilet and you can hear people flush, the chair was literally where the doormat should have been 3. The dinning area was also not adequately air conditioned. everyone were sweating profusely. 4. the aglio olio we ordered had nothing but sphegetti and oil. I know it's aglio olio but this was in a league of oil on its own. it was like having manchow soup. worse they don't even add olives. so we were literally drinking olive oil. 5. their iced latte and hot mocha were yummy. it was the only thing we could salvage from the evening. 6. the quantity of pasta was less than adequate but that's ok for me but if I'm being objective this needs to be called out. think half of writers cafe portions. 7. the staff were polite and the hospitality was good. bottom line : good staff, horrible chef, poor air conditioning, bad seating layout.

This was the second time we went despite having a bad experience the first time. it has become even worse I guess. no bakery items and no options for light eats. Most items were not available from the menu.

Firstly there was no greeting at the entrance, everyone seemed confused. Secondly I found a dead cockroach on the display just beside where the croissants were kept. A lady came and apologised but there was no empathy towards the situation. I was so disgusted about it that it ruined my experience. After that I went and ordered a coffee and the lady taking my order was the least interested person as if I have stolen something of hers. Thirdly there was a very bad and foul smell near the staircase. So all in all the worst hospitality ever! And I am a manager in a 5 star hotel so I know when a person means the apology and they do not!

Terrible. Half the menu items weren’t available. The portion sizes were tiny. Our bread had a spider web on it. And the hot chocolate tasted like an instant cocoa mix. Ambiance is the only nice thing, don’t go in there expecting to enjoy any of your food. Was very clearly under staffed.

Most of the items in the menu are unavailable and the service is poor. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the seating area and hence you would be left sweating until the time you decide to finish and leave
