Very disappointing experience with the crowd management. I booked a table in advance through the app, but still had to wait in the queue for more than 45 minutes. The restaurant has a very small space to manage the crowd, yet they continue accepting advance bookings without having a proper system to handle the waiting customers. There was no proper queue management, no clear communication, and very little responsiveness from the staff. We were even asked to wait outside the restaurant. Waiting for more than 45 minutes in the afternoon, especially with elderly people, was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. If they are not prepared to give priority to customers who have made advance bookings, they should close the booking slots or limit the number of bookings instead of making people wait. Honestly, after experiencing such poor management even before being seated, I don’t have much confidence that the food or overall dining experience will be good either. The restaurant seriously needs to improve its crowd management, communication, and respect for customers’ time.

Terrible experience – Unprofessional staff and sneaky billing practices! ​We visited Therkin Anjaraipetti in Anna Nagar and had a deeply disappointing experience. When the bill arrived, we noticed an extra unauthorized charge added as a "staff bill"—an outright attempt to cheat customers. ​When we questioned this shady extra charge, the staff removed it without a proper explanation, but their attitude was shockingly rude and aggressive throughout. The customer service here is abysmal. ​Be very careful if you plan on dining here, check your bills carefully, and save yourself the frustration. I will not be returning.

four of us girls went to this place, and we booked 12pm slot early that day, when we went to that place, the staff asked us to wait stating that there are three people ahead of us, we waited for 40 minutes, when we tried ask about the status, he spoke very rudely, that there are other 2 people in front of us, when we tried to ask him about that, he replied that dont interrogate him rather wait outside, this is not the way to treat the customers, poor service by tge staff

The portion was very small for the price range. The paya tasted really sweet, whereas we expected it to be spicy. I really didn't expect this. Need to work on allocating ppl according to the headcount. The hand wash place and washroom, straight from the dining room without a door, were so pathetic.

they didn't inform about the additional charges in the bill for service which is optional... I tipped the server extra and he didn't mention anything about this extra charges. this is not good ethics. be careful when you pay the bill

Worst ambience, pest control, not done full of bad smell, food, not at all worth, charging 500 for Biriyani, only, we can put in dustbin
