service was good but they kept reminding us to get up which kind of got irritated I wanted the cake cutting but they told us to do it in the lobby and the lobby was full of guest

The food was good we tried Nei Chhotu with chicken is great and nook parotta is fav. Thank you Tinnai mess and thank you to Mr. Raiful for serving and greeting us.

We went with great expectations because of the reviews, but we're quite disappointed. The service was good as long as we were the only table to be served. Once the tables filled up, the service was terrible and pathetic!! The food too was sub standard. If you are celebrating some special occasion, please don't go here, it will only sadden your day!

The food tasted good, but the overall experience was frustrating due to poor service. We placed our entire order right at the beginning, but the dishes arrived very late and at completely different times. To make things worse, they were out of stock for several items on the menu. The kitchen and service timing definitely need improvement.

Food was average despite big line. The waiter was trying to trick us into taking a bigger portion and adding items to our order that we wouldn’t eat despite knowing we are tourists that would not know anything as the entire menu is in tamil.

Food was below average. Everything with very less salt and the punch is missing which should be in every south Indian dish.. even the mutton soup doesn't have any spice.. also the soup has not more than 10gms of mutton. We waited more than 15 mins for parota with empty plate. We ordered Mutton soup, chicken 65, brain masala, mutta briyani, meen manchurian, Nei choru prawns thokku, parotta, naatukozhi curry. Nothing felt good. Nei choru la nei enga da!! Not again for sure!!!!
